It's a good college for all.
Placements: Our college has good placement facilities and training. The percentage of students who got placed in our college is 73 percent. The highest package offered in our college is 30 LPA. The lowest package offered is 4 to 6 LPA. Recruiting companies are Capgemini, KPMG, Google, and Amazon. The internship opportunities in our course are 74 percent.
Infrastructure: The college is good and it has the best infrastructure. The classrooms and campus are kept clean. There is Wi-Fi facility on campus and lab facilities that are well-equipped. The classrooms are smart. There is a library facility in our college. The mess food is good in the hostel, the canteen food is good, and the hostel has good facilities.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful in teaching and especially in academics. They are very helpful. They are well-qualified from top colleges and have good knowledge and teaching experience of around five years for fresher teachers. Teachers are qualified. The passing percentage of our course is 82%.

Not really satisfied but can have this as an option when you don't get any other better college.
Placements: Around 80% of the students get placed. The lowest package offered is around 3lpa, average pay around 4.5lpa and the highest between 6lpa to 7lpa. Very few internship opportunities are provided where only 10% to 15% of the students get an internship offer. Companies like Bata, Godrej, EY hires grads.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are not upto the mark with very old benches and chairs. It is in 3rd floor so climbing up and down sometimes is difficult. There will be few snack bunks where very limited items will be available but the main canteen is quite far from the class so you have to rush before the bell rings. Home cooked food is always the best case here.
Faculty: Teachers are really helpful and are knowledgeable. The syllabus will be covered like a typical school. But all you get here is only theoretical knowledge and that is definitely not enough to face the industry. You've got to self equip yourself to face the real world.

Overall the campus life and education is good.
Placements: Almost all the students are placed in well-reputed companies with decent packages. Companies like Amazon are coming for intern also. Few of our seniors were placed in top companies with a good salary. Proper dress code is expected for placements as they will be training for that too.
Infrastructure: The campus is huge and maintained overall. There are 4 canteens, the main canteen is big compared to others and with a health centre. Restrooms are average. There is a spacious parking lot at the centre of the campus. Hostels are good and neat and inside the campus.
Faculty: Faculty are friendly and maintain their professionalism overall. The course is standard and followed by Anna University regulations other than that value-added course are given. Training sessions are given for placement, resume building. There is a standard maintained for MBA department.

I am satisfied because of faculty members.
Placements: Currently, I am in the first year, so placements are not yet started. So, I don't know about placements. Some of the students got selected for internships in Amazon. In the previous year, more than 90% of the students have been placed in different companies.
Infrastructure: Every useful thing is available on our campus. Our college has good classrooms with suitable equipment to conduct classes digitally. Labs have good computers without any damage, and the environment of our college is beautiful. In the canteen, the food served is not good enough, but it is consumable.
Faculty: Teachers here are very good, and they will encourage every student. They all have multiple degrees, and they teach what is required. They conduct digital classes or use a classic method, i.e., they teach through boards. The course curriculum will make students industry-ready.
Other: I selected this course to get placed with a management role. Our college should conduct more extra activities.

Absolutely satisfied by the faculty, placements, infrastructure and other facilities were provided.
Placements: Placements were pretty good and More than 95% of students got placements opportunities in various companies. They were provided with a campus drive for the intern purpose too. I got satisfied with the placement provided by our college for MBA students.
Infrastructure: Our department is well-equipped with classroom, Library etc. , Hostel facilities are very good and the staffs are very much supporting. The foods provided in mess and canteen were of high quality and medical facilities were provided to students immediately if they required.
Faculty: Teachers were always ready to share their views and knowledge to uplift the student's career. They give several thoughts about the industry-related concepts. Teachers are always helpful and friendly towards the students to gain their knowledge and to develop the skills.

Velammal is one of the best college for placements.
Placements: Comparing to other colleges velammal is considered as one of the best college for placement. Many top companies will visit the college every year and many students get placed for even high level designation. This is one of the advantage of velammal college.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure is good and medical facilities will be available at any time and in classrooms we will have a projector so that it will be easy to teach and learn. Then students who are interested in sports can join with no objection. We have a very big central library and department individual library also.
Faculty: Every professors are specialised in their own field so that it will be easy to teach the students and make them understand the current trends and changes in industry which even helps during our placements also. Even activities will be conducted so that students will learn practically within the classroom.

The college does not have a good environment to study.
Placements: Almost 98% of the students were placed in this course. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, HDFC, Kodak, Bata and others. Almost 70% of students got their internships, and the top role offered is the department secretary in this course. Management is supportive to the students.
Infrastructure: The overall infrastructure of our college was average. Classrooms are not that comfortable, and the ventilation level is low. Canteen facilities are good, but the quality and cost of the food are normal. Medical facilities are very good.
Faculty: Faculty members here are very good, knowledgeable and guide students in a better way to fit for the industrial roles. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes us ready for industrial works. I felt that the curriculum could be improved.

The college maintains a good and unique standard in the placement area.
Placements: When it comes to placements, the college has a good placement cell and trainers. Nearly 90% of the students got placed in top companies like Zoho, Amazon and some of the recognised startups with an average salary of 4 LPA. Also, Amazon hires students for internship based on their performance. Overall, the college maintains a separate and unique standard in the placement area.
Infrastructure: The college has a very good infrastructure with good ventilation. College library offers books for each and every department. Free Wi-Fi facility available for the students' purpose. Separate medical facilities are maintained for the benefit of students.
Faculty: The faculty is helpful for clearing doubts in subject anytime. They treat students as their friends. They ask us to share ideas on the course and plans for future aspects. They guide us on the right path by motivating us. They are friendly. When it comes to the course curriculum it is relevant and students are made ready for the industry.
Other: The college provides good placement and training relevant to the course curriculum.
