Our college has good infrastructure and faculty members.

Placements: About 20% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 3 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 1.2 LPA. Many small and medium companies visited our college to recruit students. Students got internships from our college in tech companies like TCS, Just Dial, India Mart, NASH Robotics, etc. Many top roles were offered to students.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was good and well-designed. Our library was good. Wi-Fi and computer labs were available for every course. The hostel facilities were good. Canteen and medical facilities were available in our college. Sports and games facilities were good.

Faculty: Our teachers were highly qualified. They have completed their masters. Most of them were Ph.D. holders. Their teaching quality was very good. They conducted workshops and practicals, where we used to learn or practice all basics. Exams were good for sincere students, and all papers were set up by RGPV University. The passing marks were 40.

Other: I opted for this course because it is very booming. Our college conducts many tech fests, extravaganza activities, and tech projects.

Review of Vindhya Institute of Technology & Science,(VITS Satna).

Placements: The placements are provided with a salary of only 9,000. Only 2-3 companies come here. Placements are poor in this college. The highest package offered is 3.6 LPA, and the lowest package is 1.08 LPA. They do not provide scholarships to anyone. Only government scholarships are provided for SC, ST and OBC students.

Infrastructure: A library is available, and it is good. There is no Wi-Fi. There are no practical sessions, and only theoretical sessions are conducted. The canteen area is good, but cleaning is very bad in the canteen. There are no medical facilities. Sports and games are provided, which is a plus point of this college.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful and well-qualified. Their knowledge is very good. They only focus on the theoretical part and not the practical part. I am a mechanical engineering student. We have workshops with less machinery.

Other: There are too many politics in college.

It has very good infrastructure, facilities, and placements.

Placements: From my senior batch, 60-70% of students got selected in different core companies, and some of them are placed in different IT companies as well, like TCS, Infosys etc. The highest package is 9 LPA, and the lowest package is 2.5 LPA.

Infrastructure: All the facilities in our college are very good. We have a proper Wi-Fi network. High-class computer labs, different practical workshops, and all the classrooms are well maintained and are very good for studying. The location of our college is, I think, the best for studying because it's out of the town in a calm and noise-free area. The library of our college has very good books of famous authors and writers which are very useful to us. Mess and canteen are well-maintained, and the quality of the food is good. Sports and games are organised in our college on a regular basis.

Faculty: The teachers in our college are well-qualified and have very good communication skills. They are very knowledgeable of their subjects and beyond. They are very familiar and interactive with all the students. The course of the institute is very relevant, and all the students become totally ready for the industry. Exams are moderate, and the passing percentage is 33%.

Other: I am very much interested in finding out the most basic knowledge about the course, and that's why I chose the course. The best thing about the course is that we get to learn a lot of things during studying this subject.

Overall, it is an amazing college.

Placements: Vindhya Institute of Technology and Science is a nice college for me as we here explore ourselves and get better and good opportunities compared to other colleges of Satna. I am fortunate enough to be part of this college. A high percentage of students got placed and are working.

Infrastructure: Better education is provided, and an industrial tour is provided for mining students. Labs are facilitated. There are a good infrastructure and a hostel for living. There is a very good environment, and you will have a peaceful campus life. All the facilities are available here for students. The canteen and library are also available here.

Faculty: Teachers here are good, and they provide guidance to us. They are well knowledgeable and communicate well while teaching. Many different courses and streams are provided in VITS. The course curriculum is actually helpful for the overall growth of students, etc.

It is one of the best colleges in Satna.

Placements: Vindhya Institute of Technology and Science is one of the best colleges in Satna. We can explore ourselves and get better opportunities compared to other colleges of Satna. I'm fortunate enough to be a part of this college. A good percentage of students get placed.

Infrastructure: Vindhya Institute of Technology and Science is one of the best colleges. It has big classrooms and an auditorium. The college infrastructure is very good.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful and guide e us well. They are knowledgeable and have good interaction while teaching. Many different courses are offered in VITS. The course curriculum is actually helpful for the overall growth of the students for a better future.

Absolutely dissatisfied with faculty members and placement, really good infrastructure.

Placements: There is negligible placement in mechanical. In my batch, only 7-8 students from mechanical engineering got placed but most of them left their job due to unprofessional job profile. Average package at that time were around 1.5 to 1.8 L for mechanical.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is best in that region. It is equipped with a library which has a peaceful environment and enough space for self study. It is well-equipped with an indoor and outdoor playground. And various types of sports event organised at regular interval. Lab facility for mechanical is good and it is equipped with CNC machine, hydraulic labs, workshop in which there is a lathe machine, impact testing machine, UTM.

Faculty: To be honest for VITS needs to work on their faculty because most of well educated faculty left the institute after some time. Faculty members were helpful, teaching quality of only 1-2 faculty were best remaining were below average. There is nothing which makes you ready to work for industry.

Other: 1) Due to interest in technical field I opted to pursue B.E. In mechanical engineering. 2) Mainly I want to improve is placement and faculty members quality. 3) Different kind of cultural and technical fest are organised there at regular interval.

Placements: About 7% of the students from our course got placed, and it is increasing. The highest salary package offered in our course is 2.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 1.45 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 1.2 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TCS, Mahindra, BHEL, etc., visit our campus for placements. Top roles, like a senior engineer, junior engineer, branch head in our department, etc., are offered to the students. About 7% of the students got an internship in companies like TCS, Mahindra, etc.

Infrastructure: Our college has a good infrastructure. The college provides computer labs. There is good strength in the classrooms. The college provides mini auditorium to conduct functions. Smart classrooms except for Wi-Fi facility are available for students. The hostel facility is good, and it provides hostel facility on the campus. Canteen is also available with good food, but it lacks varieties. It does not provide medical facilities. The college has a sports room for indoors as well as outdoor games.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are good, qualified and knowledgeable. They are helpful. They also share their experience of life to be successful in life. Students get well-educated but not ready for the industry with proper training. So students need additional training.

Other: I have chosen this course because I am passionate about it and I like machines. I think we get more information about our course if the college provides more practical knowledge than theoretical knowledge because we want to become industry-ready. Our college organises various events in every 3 months like Udan, Sandhan and Horizon. It also conducts many activities like go-kart tournament, sports tournament, etc.

Placements: Only 2% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered was 2 LPA and the average salary package offered was 1 LPA. Top recruiters for our course are Neilsoft, TCS, Mahindra, Continental and Justdial. Top roles offered in our course include operating CNC and supervisor. In our course, the highest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 1.2 LPA. Only 15% of the students from our course got placed, and companies like Mahindra, Justdial, TCS offer internships here.

Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure was very good, and our college has three blocks, i.e., A block for CS, B block for engineering and mechanical block for the mechanical engineering branch. There are also VIMS Management courses like B.Com, BBA, etc. Our college canteen was good, and our college also has hostel facility and sport room. The library was also good. Various kinds of books are available in the library, so we learn much more.

Faculty: Apart from the mechanical engineering branch, some teachers are very good. The way they explain was good, but some teachers are not good at explaining properly. The course curriculum provided by our college was not good to make students industry exposure ready. It doesn't provide much knowledge.

Other: I chose this course because I have an interest in machines, and I like machines. So, I chose mechanical engineering to gain more knowledge about machines and production-related information. Providing theory knowledge by our college is good, but I wish that if our college provides practical knowledge, then we can get more practical knowledge. Our college organises various tech fests like Sandhan, Utthan, and especially it organises famous techfest named Horizon.
