Review of the Mechanical department of SISTec-R.

Placements: The placement percentage for our course is 70%. Many students are placed off campus. The highest package of our course is INR 17 LPA, and the lowest package is INR 3.5 LPA. The top recruiters are Steel Trips Wheel Ltd., Mahindra, Tata ELXSI, Inmovidu Technology Pvt. Ltd., and V Agri Processing Ltd.

Infrastructure: Our campus is spread over 12 acres near Ratibad. The classrooms and labs are well maintained, though some machines and equipment are required in the labs. The hostels for students are good. In the first year, there are four people in one room, but that number decreases over the years.

Faculty: Most of the professors here are very good and helpful to students. The exams are difficult, and even class tests are surprise tests, but that depends on the subject teacher and how they punished us. The subject teachers provide notes and lecture videos for reference at exam time.

Placements: Students should score 45% in our course to get placed. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA. Companies like Amazon, Byju's, Adobe, Eicher, Mahindra, PhonePe, Wipro, Hitachi, Kirloskar, and many-core companies visit the college for placement. It provides the best placements.

Infrastructure: The hostel facility is available. The playground is very good. Sports facilities are also good. The campus is good. All students are supportive, honest, and intelligent with a good attitude. Hostel management makes very tasty food.

Faculty: Teachers are teaching very well. They are supportive. Every teacher is GATE qualified. Many types of subjects are taught in our college. They provide wonderful skills while teaching. They provide proper notes from time to time and finish the course at a particular time.
