A college where you can score good marks but can't build a good career.

Placements: In 2014, the placement rate was very low. But in the brochure, it shows 100% placements. Many companies related to CS and IT branches came here, and the students of core branches had to apply for this to get at least a job. BPO, trainee, and engineer are some roles offered.

Infrastructure: They spend lots of money on infrastructure, but they don't pay attention to what students require. It has a large building and rooms. But students are very few. The hostel menu is only vegetarian. You can't get the taste of garlic and onion, as it is strictly banned. Wi-Fi service was provided in my final year. The hostel outside the campus is very boring.

Faculty: The teachers were knowledgeable. Without studying properly, a student can't succeed. Some teachers fail to teach. They have book knowledge which is still useful for getting marks and becoming an engineer. Exams are moderate.

Other: Mechanical was filling in 2010, and CS and IT were in recession. Many people said that mechanical and electrical are evergreen branches, and one can get placed easily , but it wasn't true.

Faculty not only support for academics and project but also support for competitive exams.

Placements: Almost 70% of the students got placements with an average salary package of 2.1 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2.1 LPA. It is mandatory for every student to do an internship during the course. There many companies that visited here for recruitment but major recruiters are Jaro Education, Asahi Glasses, Triveni Turbines, Signet.

Infrastructure: Labs are all equipped. The mechanical workshop has every machine with expert trainers. The lab is equipped with HVAC, TIG, MIG and various other machines. Hostel facilities are average but if you are a day scholar, then also go mess for having lunch with some payable amount. Overall the food quality is good.

Faculty: There are the best faculty in our college who have vast experience and has published various papers. There is a mandatory 75% attendance for every student. There are two PHDs and three running PHDs in the mechanical department of engineering. Teachers are helpful if you want to do research and any kind of project relevant to your choice. Every year, the event is organised by the department of mechanical engineering at national in which various teams from all over India participated.
