Good infrastructure with good facilities, placement issue due to increased intake.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified. They solve doubts and conduct tests to assess the student's growth. The curriculum follows 120 NEP (the latest educational scheme). The examinations are not that hard if you study consistently, VUT shines here, you can do your own extra study without worrying much about your CGPA.

One thing good about VIT is that it is student focused events like Vishwakarandak and Vishvotsav.

Faculty: Faculty members are very good. They provide excellent TPO. Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. Around 88 faculty members are there for CS department alone. Out of those, around 42 have done Ph.D. VIT has more focus on patents and research curriculum which helps us to think in research way as well as in practical way.

Overcrowding is good for college management but bad for students and their placements.

Faculty: Few teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. But some of them do not have enough knowledge and do not show much interest in teaching. They only care about their image in the institute and try to portray it. However, some teachers are really good, friendly, and guide us properly in every aspect to make us industry-ready. The semester exams consist of reviews, presentations, viva, lab exams, and written exams. They are of a decent difficulty level and help in the holistic development of students.

College is good, but the placement is not very good.

Faculty: Teaching quality is not very bad. Some teachers are mentally disturbed, so they give unnecessary tasks and meaningless tasks. In the industry, there are other things to do. They teach other things. Not difficult to pass the percentage in semester exams.

This college is a very good college. We have good infrastructure and a campus.

Faculty: The faculty at Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, Pune, is highly qualified and supportive. Many professors hold Ph. D.s and have strong industrial experience, which helps bridge the gap between the theoretical concept and practical application. The exam structure is fair and well-balanced.

All good but crowded campus.

Faculty: VIT Pune's faculty comprises experienced professionals with industry expertise. Many faculty members hold PhDs or have significant industry experience. A favorable ratio ensures personalized attention and mentorship. Faculty members often collaborate with industry partners on research projects and consulting work. Faculty members publish research papers in reputable journals and conferences. They provide guidance on academic and professional matters. VIT Pune's faculty plays a crucial role in sh...

Overall, a great balance of learning, placements, and activities.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable, and most are approachable outside class too. The teaching quality is good, with a mix of theory and practical focus. The curriculum is regularly updated and verified by alumni working in top industries, so it is quite relevant and helps make students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate, not very easy, but manageable with regular study. The pass percentage is high (above 90%), as the institute supports students with guidance and...

Placement is very good in our college.

Faculty: Faculty, curriculum, and exams of our course are online mode in first year and 2nd year is offline mode that is why it is easy to pass 1st year. Faculty members are very happy and caring person about people so faculty members are very chill.

A great college for extracurricular activities and making connections. The intake is a huge worry.

Faculty: In my course, out of 10, 8 teachers have knowledge and teach very well, and they helped us with the project. The course curriculum is one thing I appreciate about my college. Almost everyone can learn anything, as most of the subjects, including coding, are offered to every branch, including my branch. But not every subject is needed. Some are just waste and are not needed for industry work. Our exams are not that hard, and we can easily get 8 or 8.5 CGPA if we study well. Almost everyone passes...

Review of Vishwakarma Institute of Technology.

Faculty: In the course curriculum, we cannot beat VIT every year as we get a different curriculum and different courses which are relevant to industry and current situations. All our faculty members are PhD holders. They have great teaching techniques, and we may find some faculty members too helpful for our careers. This course is designed in such a way that it is most relevant and can get us placed. Semester exams are not that difficult, and it is mediocre. Internals carry more marks than theory exams.

Good placements and companies in 2025!

Faculty: Teachers are really helpful and knowledgeable; they will help you whenever necessary and when you need it. The course curriculum is especially good and has relevant topics for placements such as DSA, web development, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty and low placements.

Faculty: Faculty is very qualified, but I think it is only for MAC ratings and not for teaching purposes. They do not know how to teach, and the exams are very bad and are conducted online. They do not fail anyone because they want to show that no student fails under their teaching.

It is good for growing skill sets.

Faculty: Semester exams for FY are comparatively easy as they are online, but they don’t carry enough weightage. It is more on projects, viva, attendance, and ASEP projects. Also, the intake is huge, so the teacher-student connection is not strong, and they don’t remember our names.

Honest review on VIT, Pune.

Faculty: Teachers at the college are very helpful, full of knowledge, and very eager to help. Their teaching quality is also good. The course they teach is very relevant for your mid-semester and end-semester exams and especially for your placements. The academic exams are held twice every year and are at an intermediate to hard level.

Best college in whole Pune.

Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified. They explain every topic in detail through PPTs and lab sessions. We also have course projects to implement what we have learned in the subject, and the curriculum is designed such that it makes our resume unique and stands out from the rest of the engineering crowd.

You can't get direct admission into MCA at VIT Pune without an entrance exam. Admission is through MAH-MCA-CET via DTE CAP counselling. The total fee for the MCA course is usually around ?2.2–2.7 lakh for the full duration. It's better to check the official site for the latest fee structure.
