If you dream of PICT or COEP but could not make it, VIT is not a bad option.

Faculty: As I am part of B.Tech in Instrumentation and Control Engineering, which is a circuit-based branch. Many faculty members are quite good and supportive. There is no heavy exam stress. Most of the syllabus is application-based rather than purely theoretical, as in other colleges in Maharashtra.

Best college for campus life.

Faculty: Faculty is very supportive, well-qualified, well-experienced, and polite as well. They help us in guiding our projects and teach us about patents. They also file patents for us if the project is capable of it. They are very knowledgeable persons with a minimum of 10+ years of experience.

Sharing the overall experience as a Mechanical engineering student at VIT PUNE, passing out in 2028.

Faculty: The staff and faculty members are highly qualified and Ph.D. holders. The faculty of core branches is very experienced and completely supportive of students who really want to pursue a career in the core branch. The syllabus is project-oriented, making students ready for industrial training and placement. Exams were conducted online for our batch, but I think now they are following a fully written exam criterion.

I am lucky that I study at VIT.

Faculty: One of the best things about our college is our curriculum and the courses it provides. We have all the technical courses, including the trending courses that are booming in the technical world, like artificial intelligence and cloud computing. Exams are pretty difficult at VIT.

Satisfactory placement with helpful faculty, but the infrastructure needs a minor update.

Faculty: The teachers here are highly professional and very friendly towards project guidance and any doubts you might have. The syllabus is always updated according to the trends of the industry. "The semester examinations are of moderate difficulty, testing your knowledge more than your ability to memorize.

Pretty good college in terms of placements, but a little underdeveloped area compared to Pune city.

Faculty: Our syllabus is very diverse and is very relevant. Subjects like DSA, DBMS, OS, etc., are very relevant for industry readiness. Most of the teachers are qualified, knowledgeable and helpful. Semester exams comprise course projects, presentations, lab exams, theory exams, etc., and it is pretty easy to clear.

It is a good college on a small campus.

Faculty: Teachers are really helpful. They have great knowledge about their respective subject. Many teachers have more than 10 to 15 years of experience in teaching in their fields. The syllabus of our college is really good. They only have the subjects that are required and what the industry demands at this time.

Infrastructure could be better, but the college is way better than you expect.

Faculty: Being my first year of college, the teachers I have till now are pretty good and knowledgeable too. The teaching quality is good with the same teaching material for everyone. Talking about the curriculum, it is relevant and helps students somehow with the addition of subjects like environment studies and UHV.

It has good infrastructure and faculty members.

Faculty: All teachers are well-qualified and helpful. Teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is very relevant for placement preparation. Assessments in all subjects are based on PPTs, course projects, and practical exams, which give hands-on experience in practical knowledge in most subjects and make us industry-ready. Faculty members are different for each department and course. They are very supportive of their batches as well as all students.

Beyond academics, COEP is also seen as offering a richer campus and college life experience. VIT Pune is still considered a solid private option, especially for students who don't get into COEP. Ultimately, both are respected names in Pune's engineering circuit.
