High competition because of high intake.
Placements: Approximately 73% of students get placed. The average package is around 7 LPA, the highest package is 50 LPA, and the lowest package is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Microsoft, Infosys, Deloitte, and Wipro. Very few students get internships through campus placements. Top roles offered include Senior Developer and Marketing Head.
Infrastructure: The internet speed is very good. Classrooms and labs are clean and well-structured. I am not staying in the hostel, so I do not know much about it, but it is located approximately 1.5 kilometers from the college campus. Therefore, most students prefer taking PG accommodation near the campus.
Faculty: Some teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is above average. The course curriculum is relevant and follows recent industry trends, which helps make students industry-ready. Semester exams are a bit difficult but easy to clear with proper preparation. The pass percentage is approximately 35% or above.

Pretty good college in terms of placements, but a little underdeveloped area compared to Pune city.
Placements: For my batch of 2027, multiple companies have come for internships and PPOs. Around 40-50 students are enrolled in these internships from our batch of around 360 students as of 2026. Companies like JP Morgan, Nvidia, Barclays, BlackRock, Mastercard, Zendesk, Phone Pay, etc., have visited our campus for placements, and many more are on their way. The average package is around 8-9 LPA, and the highest package is 33 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our campus is small and does not have an on-campus hostel. VIT has its hostel about 3km from the college. Students generally live in rented apartments or PG near the college (approximately 400 m). There is Khau Gali (a place with multiple food shops) for food, and the quality of food is good over here.
Faculty: Our syllabus is very diverse and is very relevant. Subjects like DSA, DBMS, OS, etc., are very relevant for industry readiness. Most of the teachers are qualified, knowledgeable and helpful. Semester exams comprise course projects, presentations, lab exams, theory exams, etc., and it is pretty easy to clear.

It is very good for placement in Pune as well as Maharashtra, as it gives the best ROI.
Placements: In VIT Pune Computer Engineering placements (2025), 98 percent of students get placed. The highest package offered is 45 LPA. The average package offered ranges from 8.66-10.2 LPA. The lowest package offered is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Microsoft, Accenture, Cognizant, Infosys, TCS, and Nvidia. 86-94 percent of students get internships in companies like Nvidia, IBM, Persistent, and HSBC. The top roles offered are software engineer and data analyst. Many companies visit the college to hire students.
Infrastructure: Vishwakarma Institute of Technology (VIT) Pune offers robust facilities tailored for B.Tech Computer Engineering students like us, including modern labs and campus-wide Wi-Fi. Student reviews highlight a well-equipped infrastructure supporting academic and extracurricular activities. Computer Engineering features specialised labs like the project lab, research lab, Nvidia visual computing lab, network lab, system software lab, data science lab, and software engineering lab (IBM Center of Excellence). Classrooms are spacious with smart boards. They can accommodate around 70-100 students. The library holds over 5,000 books, journals, e-resources, and Wi-Fi. High-speed Wi-Fi is available (up to 100 Mbps), which covers the campus, labs, and library.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They provide good teaching quality (practical focus). The course curriculum is relevant and NEP-aligned. We become industry-ready via projects. Exams are moderate to easy. It has a minimum pass percentage of 40 percent. The high pass percentage is 90 percent. The college is very good.

It is a good college on a small campus.
Placements: Placements are good, but due to an increase in intake, they might get low. But if we have good skills, then there are really good opportunities for us in this college. Many big companies recruit students. Companies like Infosys also do mass recruitment in our college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is great, but the area is too small. The college provides Wi-Fi. Overall, it has a good campus. We have more than 2 or 3 canteens in our college, which provide really good food. The college also provides labs for the required subjects that are well-maintained.
Faculty: Teachers are really helpful. They have great knowledge about their respective subject. Many teachers have more than 10 to 15 years of experience in teaching in their fields. The syllabus of our college is really good. They only have the subjects that are required and what the industry demands at this time.

Infrastructure could be better, but the college is way better than you expect.
Placements: Around 80-85 percent are placed according to the latest record. The average package is around 5-5 LPA whereas the highest ranges up to 18-20 LPA and the lowest is around 3-4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, Tata Technologies, Accenture, Qualcomm, Nvidia. Roles offered are software engineer, analyst, embedded system engineer, etc. Around 60-65 percent of students get internship placements in Bosch, Tata Technologies, Nvidia and startups.
Infrastructure: There are all the above-mentioned infrastructures and the facilities are not the best but still get the job done for us. The labs got a recent upgrade with computer systems and Wi-Fi speed is great too, but fluctuates in some areas. Library service is well maintained too. I, being a first-year student, am able to easily access it and use books as well as issue them with proper email-enabled messaging. Classrooms are average and need better desk benches! I stay in a private hostel, so college hostel is unknown to me.
Faculty: Being my first year of college, the teachers I have till now are pretty good and knowledgeable too. The teaching quality is good with the same teaching material for everyone. Talking about the curriculum, it is relevant and helps students somehow with the addition of subjects like environment studies and UHV.
Other: From the very beginning I did not have any preference for branch, so whatever college was assigned to me in CAP grounds I chose it. The best thing about my course is that it is a core branch, so job opportunities in the future are not as hard. I can't think of things to improve right now as I am just starting my college. The college arranges fests from time to time and the crowd is mixed. Extracurricular activities are maintained too. Being an EWS student, I got a scholarship and my fee is around 1.2 LPA.

It is a good college. There is about 80% placement ratio, and the infrastructure is also good.
Placements: Above 80% students are placed in our B.Tech Computer Engineering (Data Science) course. In our CSDS course last year, the highest package was 46-51 LPA, the lowest was 3.5-8 LPA, average package10-15 LPA. Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Meta, Infosys, Aditya Birla.
Infrastructure: Saying about infrastructure, it is good. The living area is very good, but the mess is not that good, and there is no canteen in our hostel. Medical facilities are good their is a hospital in our hostel also. The sports and games facilities are also present.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is also good. It is the most preferred course these days. It helps us to improve soft skills. There are many better semester exams held in college. The passing percentage is 35%. Faculty members are okay.
