The college is good in academics and average college life.
Placements: About more than 80% of students are placed in our college with an average salary package. The highest salary package starts from 4 LPA. The lowest salary starts from Rs.10,000 per month. But most of the placements are from IT companies. Few other departments, the core-based company comes to our campus for recruitment.
Infrastructure: It is a centralised college. Wi-Fi is provided all over the campus and we can access it everywhere. There are well-maintained classrooms with smart projectors and audio devices. Centralised air-conditioned computer labs are available on campus. Common computer centers are provided for students.
Faculty: Best team of faculty members for everything. They help the students to achieve their goals. They could train the professionals with excellence and integrity. They have proper knowledge in the field in which they work and know the way to handle the students.
Other: It is a good average college. Students will learn the basics of life in this college.

Good college with excellent infrastructure and qualified faculty members.
Placements: VJCET os providing good placement for the graduates. Most of the well reputed companies like Infosys sutherland etc. Are conducting campus interview in every year and they are satisfied with the performance of our students. There is a special placement cell for dealing with this placement process. Number of companies and students getting placements are increasing yera by year.
Infrastructure: They have Excellent infrastructure and other facilities almost each branch has seperate blocks and labs. Labs are excellent. Other facilities like common computer lab well established library gym and playind ground are there. Students can also enjoy the free Wi-Fi and also enjoy the benofit of digital library.
Faculty: College is going to get the NBA accreditation so the course curriculum and faculty members are excellent. They are offering well education with qualified faculty members. All the teachers are efficient and adopting good method of education Mode of teaching is up to the mark. Relationship with the students are great.
Other: They are conducting tech fest called bodhi in every year also arts fest and sports meet. Other main attraction is the basketball tournament called magnum. Surroundings and campus area are good and Transportation facilities are great.

Pure restricted college life, should be improved.
Placements: In civil engineering, the placements are minimum. Students from different departments get placements. It is the result of excellent training given by the college. The companies bidding in our college is shortlisted year by year. Usually, IT companies come to the campus drive. Infosys seems to be the big shot.
Infrastructure: There is a peaceful atmosphere with enough facilities for a developing college. The classrooms are facilitated with projectors. Seminar halls and mini auditorium are improving contour to the college. The classrooms and library facilities can be improved to a larger extent. The canteen is small to fit for the purpose and the food served is above average.
Faculty: There is a best in class teaching faculty and the courses offered are limited. The college is strict enough like a management college and is focused on the welfare of the students. Moulding engineers par excellence so far can be called true. The teachers are well-qualified and fit their purpose. Their friendly attitude and support are appreciable.
Other: Off from teaching and studying, growth in cultural activities is a big failure. Lack of programs, restrictions on the conducted programs, and lack of fundamental support by the college are a big fault.

Our college was great. It had everything what a good student needs.
Placements: About 40% (350 students) of students of our batch were placed. Popular MNCs like Infosys, IBS, Tech Mahindra, L&T etc. offered placements. One of our batchmates was placed in Byjus learning app with a salary of Rs. 50000. This was the highest salary offered. The lowest salary was offered by a company named A1 chips and they offered Rs. 10000 as the salary. Students were placed as site supervisors, software engineers, in call centers etc.
Infrastructure: Our campus is Wi-Fi enabled and the students were able to use the internet anywhere inside the campus. Our classrooms were digital and that helped a lot in learning. Our library was large where at least 250 students could sit. The library had textbooks for each department. We have one common library and a library for each department. Our college has many sickrooms for each department where students having small illnesses were treated. We had a 2-days sports event. We had a football team, a badminton team, a cricket team, and a basketball team. Our canteen was big which could accommodate more than 150 students at a time. The food quality was excellent and many varieties were there. There are about 50 rooms in our boys' hostel and more than 50 rooms in the ladies hostel. Each room can accommodate 2 students. About 25 college buses were there for the students.
Faculty: Our faculty members were friendly. Most of them were having a doctorate degree. There are about 100 faculty members in each department including lab assistances. The teaching methods include smart classrooms, and there was a revision class every day for evaluation. Our class had 60 students. We had industrial visits in each year. Our syllabus included social service, industrial visit, industrial training and site visits. This was of great use. This was helpful for our jobs.

Well educated and efficient staff members.
Placements: Our college has good placements every year. In our batch, about 75% of the students got placed in various companies like Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra, IBS, UST Global etc. Most of them got into IT job profiles rather than their own core fields. The average salary offered to a student in our college is 2.5 lakhs per annum and the highest salary is about 4 lakhs per annum. The good placements can be attributed to the good placement training given by the college. But, the internship is not provided by the college.
Infrastructure: Our college campus is one of the best in Kerala. The design of the entire infrastructure is marvellous. There is one computer lab for each department and my civil department alone had well-equipped 5 civil labs with modern instruments. There is Wi-Fi facility available for the students and staff members. The classrooms are spacious and have a calm environment, and each department has its own library with a good collection of books. The college gives importance to the physical growth of students. There is one large ground where an annual sports meet is conducted. There are also 2 basketball courts, and games like badminton, volleyball, football, cricket and basketball are also conducted every year. There is one large canteen with good seating arrangements and nice food. The hostel facilities are available for both boys and girls.
Faculty: Our college has about 150 teachers in each department among which many of them have taken master's degree from IIT and NIT. Most of them are very strict and not friendly as it is the culture of Viswajyothi college, but all teachers are good in teaching. Since affiliated to MG University, Kottayam, the syllabus of this university is followed. The syllabus gives more importance to writing theoretical exams and scoring marks and not in providing practical skills to students. The students-faculty ratio is about 12:1, and we got very less industry exposure through the industrial visits.

Excellent infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Viswajyothi is one of the best engineering colleges in the district of Ernakulam. It has very good placements. About 250 students were placed in our batch out of 350 students which is definitely a credit for the college. The major companies that visited our college were UST Global, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, TCS, IBS etc. Among those, Infosys took a massive number of the students. Most of the job profiles are IT-related. In the civil course, no core companies came for placements which is really disappointing. The average salary package offered by the companies is 2.5 lakhs per annum, but the internship was not offered by the college as they insist the students to search for the internship on their own.
Infrastructure: Viswajyothi college has excellent infrastructural facilities. The overall structural design of the building and the environment is superb and really appreciable. All departments have their own computer labs and the civil department alone has 5 civil labs. All the labs are air-conditioned and free Wi-Fi is available. The classrooms are big and well-lit. There is a library for every department which plays a key role in adding to the knowledge level of the students. There is a large ground and 2 basketball courts available. Every year, various games competitions are conducted like badminton, volleyball, football, cricket and basketball. There is an annual sports event which is conducted for 2 days every year. Another speciality of our college is a large canteen where a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes are available. Separate hostel facilities are available for boys and girls, but both the hostels are very strict and the usage of phone is not allowed after 9 PM.
Faculty: The faculty members of Viswajyothi College of Engineering are very well-qualified. Most of them are post graduates from IIT or NIT. Most of them have a special skill in teaching except a few who do not know how to deal with the students despite their educational qualification. The college authority is very strict in all matters, maybe that is the reason for the success of our college. The student-faculty ratio is 10:1. Our college is affiliated to MG University, Kottayam and the syllabus followed is mainly theory-based. Also, the syllabus is old and needs to be updated. Our college arranges industrial training sessions for the students in all departments every year.

Satisfied with all aspects of the college apart from placement cell.
Placements: The main recruiter for our batch was Infosys and a decent percentage of students were placed in this company. Apart from Infosys, other companies like Sutherland etc. visited the campus. Students were also placed in companies like IBS, TCS, MuSigma etc through pool drive. When compared with the senior batches, there was a declination in the number of recruiters.
Infrastructure: The college has a beautiful campus situated in 36 acres land. The labs, classrooms and library are incredible. The campus and hostel rooms are equipped with WiFi facilities and as far as the games and sports are considered we have 2 basketball courts, 3 badminton courts and a multipurpose ground. The hostel rooms are really good which accommodate 3 in a room.
Faculty: The college has a very hardworking faculty. They are there for helping the students at any time. All of them are well qualified and the ones we can approach for any doubt clarification. Apart from the conventional method of teaching, they lay emphasis on the practicality of the topic. For better understanding of the students, they rely on smart classes or industrial visits.

Really good infrastructure and placement with an overall good environment.
Placements: Most of the good students are placed, and every student gets opportunity and training for the same. The highest package we got in our college history is 12 lakh per year. The placement cell and faculty help every student get placed or to be a good human.
Infrastructure: The college has a Wi-Fi connection, the labs and workshops are well equipped, and with well-trained instructors, they are all well-experienced instructors who try to help every individual as they can. The college also contains a canteen with good and healthy food.
Faculty: All the faculty are well helpful and the teaching quality is so high and teachers are down to earth they are so humble and try for the overall of the students they try to understand every pupil individual the course is also good and very beneficial.
Other: I chose the course because my family is into construction. VJCT has two big events: a teaching festival and an arts festival.
