Good placement opportunities. Average fee structure. Beautiful campus and campus life.
Placements: Highest off-campus package is 1.5 crores. The average package for CSE is around 12 LPA. AIML is a new branch, so no batch has passed yet. Google, Amazon, and Microsoft are among the recruiting companies. The top roles are not known yet. A pretty good amount of students got internships this year.
Infrastructure: There is a good Wi-Fi facility. Hostels are average with 4-sharing rooms, and the food quality is also average. There is one wooden badminton court, which is pretty good. Also, there is one huge ground where we can play many sports like cricket, etc. Additionally, there is one basketball court and one volleyball court.
Faculty: Faculty is not so good. The curriculum is not that good as far as the first year is concerned. Exams are also pretty basic. Teachers are qualified as far as Maths is concerned. Disappointed by the AIML faculty, as the teacher is new and does not have much experience.
Other: AIML is blooming nowadays, hence I chose AIML.

College is good. Placements are okay, but I recommend this college.
Placements:
The percentage of students placed is 60% The highest package is approximately 20 LPA. The lowest package is 11 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Tata, Blinkit, Honda, Mahindra, and so on. The percentage of students who secured internships is 40% to 55%. The roles offered are HR, marketing, web developer, bug reporter, etc.
Infrastructure:
The college building and the infrastructure are very good. The environment is best for studying in a college that provides a canteen, library, computer lab, Wi-Fi campus with 5G speed. The quality of hostel food is okay to eat, and the water supply is also very good.
Faculty: Teachers are outstanding, they teach us in a very innovative way. The curriculum is very innovative and related to jobs, and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not easy to understand.
Other: I chose this college because it is very good and the city is very near to me.

Review of Walchand College of Engineering by Akshy Patil.
Placements: A good percentage of students got placements from my college. The highest package offered to a student in my course was 17 LPA, and the average package was 3 LPA. Many top recruiting companies hired students in my course. The percentage of students who got internships in this course was 80%.
Infrastructure: Facilities available in my course were super. Wi-Fi, classrooms, and the library were available for all students. The quality provided in my course was very good. The food was tasty. Medical facilities were available. Sports and games were available.
Faculty: Teachers in my college were very helpful, and all were well qualified. They had great teaching qualities. This course was curriculum-relevant, and students were industry-ready. However, the semester exams were very difficult, and more than 50% of students failed and had to take a re-exam later in the year.
Other: I chose this course to gain knowledge. There was no specific stream in my course. Events and the campus crowd were super. Scholarships were available.

I would rate 8 out of 10 for it. WCE will provide us with a great platform.
Placements: I am currently a second-year B.Tech Electrical Engineering Student at Walchand College of Engineering Sangli. Placements at the campus are above average. Up to 80-90% of students get placed. The highest package offered to two students is around 19 LPA by Applied Materials. The lowest package offered is 5.5 LPA. Gensol Engineering Limited also hires some students with a package of around 8 LPA. Overall, placements are good depending upon our skills. Top companies like Schneider, Siemens, L&T, Atlas Copco, etc., hire students for campus drives.
Infrastructure: The college has great classrooms with all digital screens. Wi-Fi facility is available all over the campus. The central library is available for students from 9 AM to 9 PM while the study room is available 24x7. Hostel rooms and mess are average. We prefer to mess outside the campus. There are two grounds for students, i.e., the main ground and the hostel ground. Many sports competitions are arranged for students throughout the year.
Faculty: Faculty members of the Electrical Department are highly qualified and supportive. The course curriculum is good. Semester exams are not that tough and are in the pattern ISE+MSE+ESE for 20+30+50 marks respectively for the theory course and 30+30+40 for the lab exam. Students need to get 40 marks out of 100 with a minimum of 40% in ESE.
Other: Too many events happen in college. Walchand annual social gathering has an 8-day cultural event and sports days event. Different technical and non-technical clubs are there for students.

Campus life at WCE Sangli. This college has really good infrastructure.
Placements: 90% of students from my course are placed with good packages. This year's highest package offered is 52 LPA, and the average package is 9 LPA. Top recruiting companies that visit our campus for placement include Google, Microsoft, Siemens, Snyder, TATA, TCS, Nvidia, and many more. 70% of students secure internships in companies like Google, Microsoft, Siemens, L&T, Snyder, etc.
Infrastructure: The entire campus of 92 acres is provided with Wi-Fi connectivity. All the labs are well-equipped with advanced technology instruments. All the classrooms are fitted with digital boards and have good ventilation. A very large library is available on the college campus, which provides full access to all students with their ID cards. Purified water facilities are available throughout the campus. The hostel is provided with the necessary facilities, and the mess food quality is good. Three canteens are available on the campus, offering good cold and hot drinks and refreshments. All sports facilities are available for students free of charge.
Faculty: All teachers at my college are excellent educators. They have deep knowledge and understanding of their respective subjects. 75% of the faculty members at my college hold Ph.D. degrees. Our syllabus and course content are designed according to the New Education Policy (NEP). The course includes subjects that make students industry-ready. Exams conducted at my college range from moderate to difficult in level, and 80-90% of students pass the exams.
Other: I choose this college because of its legacy and campus placements. In my opinion, no improvements are needed in the college campus or course content. As for the events, many events are organized and celebrated in our college. Traditional, entertainment, technology, and art-related events are held where students can enjoy campus life. Caste scholarships are available in the college, and students can also apply for private scholarships.

Overall, the college is really good.
Placements: Placements in 5th semester offer a pool campus at GP Karad. The package offered is 3 LPA. For diploma, there are not many students who really try to get placed. 90% of students do B. Tech and placements are really good for B.Tech course and it varies with reference to the branch.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good and also has a green campus. College campus is really big with various facilities such as gym, badminton court, basketball ground, and study hall for both girls and boys. Library is also quite big with all types of books included.
Faculty: Teachers are quite knowledgeable and everyone holds M.Tech degree. There are 2-3 teachers with PhD. Faculty members are really cooperative and knowledgeable. Diploma course makes the students industry-ready as the syllabus is also designed as per. Exams and certificates are by MSBTE for diploma courses.
Other: Overall, the college is good. Events are held in college and are excellently managed.
