Campus life at WCE Sangli. This college has really good infrastructure.
Placements: 90% of students from my course are placed with good packages. This year's highest package offered is 52 LPA, and the average package is 9 LPA. Top recruiting companies that visit our campus for placement include Google, Microsoft, Siemens, Snyder, TATA, TCS, Nvidia, and many more. 70% of students secure internships in companies like Google, Microsoft, Siemens, L&T, Snyder, etc.
Infrastructure: The entire campus of 92 acres is provided with Wi-Fi connectivity. All the labs are well-equipped with advanced technology instruments. All the classrooms are fitted with digital boards and have good ventilation. A very large library is available on the college campus, which provides full access to all students with their ID cards. Purified water facilities are available throughout the campus. The hostel is provided with the necessary facilities, and the mess food quality is good. Three canteens are available on the campus, offering good cold and hot drinks and refreshments. All sports facilities are available for students free of charge.
Faculty: All teachers at my college are excellent educators. They have deep knowledge and understanding of their respective subjects. 75% of the faculty members at my college hold Ph.D. degrees. Our syllabus and course content are designed according to the New Education Policy (NEP). The course includes subjects that make students industry-ready. Exams conducted at my college range from moderate to difficult in level, and 80-90% of students pass the exams.
Other: I choose this college because of its legacy and campus placements. In my opinion, no improvements are needed in the college campus or course content. As for the events, many events are organized and celebrated in our college. Traditional, entertainment, technology, and art-related events are held where students can enjoy campus life. Caste scholarships are available in the college, and students can also apply for private scholarships.

Absolutely satisfied because of good placements.
Placements: Almost 95% of students were placed on our campus. The highest package offered was 14 lakhs per annum. Accenture, Nice Technology, and Capgemini were the companies that visited our campus. Every student was trained for a period of 3–9 months, and it was different for every company.
Infrastructure: The facilities on our campus include a library, garden, playing area, laboratory for every subject, smart classrooms, and Wi-Fi all over the campus. The facilities of the hostel and mess are very great and punctual and the quality is also great. They also serve great food and have a huge canteen.
Faculty: The teachers are masters in their fields, have a huge knowledge of their subject and are very qualified. The course is relevant and it really helps to make the students industry ready for a successful life ahead. The difficulty is not too great to clear the semester exams.

I would rate 8 out of 10 for it. WCE will provide us with a great platform.
Placements: I am currently a second-year B.Tech Electrical Engineering Student at Walchand College of Engineering Sangli. Placements at the campus are above average. Up to 80-90% of students get placed. The highest package offered to two students is around 19 LPA by Applied Materials. The lowest package offered is 5.5 LPA. Gensol Engineering Limited also hires some students with a package of around 8 LPA. Overall, placements are good depending upon our skills. Top companies like Schneider, Siemens, L&T, Atlas Copco, etc., hire students for campus drives.
Infrastructure: The college has great classrooms with all digital screens. Wi-Fi facility is available all over the campus. The central library is available for students from 9 AM to 9 PM while the study room is available 24x7. Hostel rooms and mess are average. We prefer to mess outside the campus. There are two grounds for students, i.e., the main ground and the hostel ground. Many sports competitions are arranged for students throughout the year.
Faculty: Faculty members of the Electrical Department are highly qualified and supportive. The course curriculum is good. Semester exams are not that tough and are in the pattern ISE+MSE+ESE for 20+30+50 marks respectively for the theory course and 30+30+40 for the lab exam. Students need to get 40 marks out of 100 with a minimum of 40% in ESE.
Other: Too many events happen in college. Walchand annual social gathering has an 8-day cultural event and sports days event. Different technical and non-technical clubs are there for students.

Tbh very satisfied it maybe about placement, curriculum, or teaching the college is very good.
Placements: Approximately 75% of the students got placed and the average salary was about 9.6 LPA. The highest package was 26 LPA. The best thing offered by the college is the experiments. The practicals really help a lot to understand the subject. And a lot of emphases is given to experimental work and projects.
Infrastructure: The facilities that are available in the college are excellent. Like the college has one of Asia's largest libraries. The library has all types of books. The whole campus has Wi-Fi connections that students or course faculty members can access.
Faculty: The teachers are really very helpful except for a few. The teachers continuously try to make students well-equipped for the industry. The semester exams are not that hard but you must have knowledge about the subject to pass subject. You can re-attempt the exam if you don't clear it in 1st time.

I'm very much satisfied to be in this college.
Placements: Since I'm a first-year student in the electrical branch, I don't know much about placements. But two of our seniors from electrical got placed in ONGC this year with salary packages of 41 LPA. The computer science department and IT are the best branches in our college. So our college is far better than the private colleges in Mumbai and Pune.
Infrastructure: Girls' hostel is good for middle-class people. I don't know more about the boys' hostel. Here we get a 24/7 Wi-Fi facility. The mess food is healthier and better. College is spread over 90 acres and our college is huge. The atmosphere of WCOE is the best for studying. There are no distractions here if you are studious.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college are very supportive. Professors of Walchand are knowledgeable and supportive. They have excellent teaching quality. If you are in Walchand, you will not remain unplaced. Our course curriculum makes students industry-ready. Our college is known for its placements.
Other: I think Sangli is a better place to stay away from the crowd than Mumbai and Pune. I'm from Mumbai but I find Sangli and our college have a much better environment for studying. In cities like Mumbai and Pune, there is a lot of distractions for college students.
