Review of Walchand Institute of Technology.
Placements: The companies offered by the college are pretty decent. The highest on-campus package of 9 LPA. A minimum on-campus package of 3 LPA. The study culture is pretty good compared to other colleges. The coding culture is decent. There are different roles offered during placement which include technical and nontechnical too.
Infrastructure: The campus is good with full Wi-Fi equipped. Classrooms are also equipped with projectors. The library is the main attraction of the college. There is one canteen with fast food available during college timings. According to me, this college hostel is the best among its competitors.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is also good. The course curriculum is also well-planned and makes students industry-ready. Exams are at a slightly difficult level. There are 4 exams in total three ISE and one end semester.
Other: I have chosen information technology because it is the most trading in today's world. There are many openings in this field.

My engineering life is in Walchand Institute of Technology.
Placements: The students' placement percentage is around 75%. I would say it's average in placements. Top recruiting companies are Tata, Infosys, HSBC, Galaxy, etc. The internship ratio is also about 8/10, and the companies are Microsoft, TCS, etc. The role offered is Jr. Engineer.
Infrastructure: Our hostel has two types: one is a 4-seater, and one is a 2-seater. The cost of the 4-seater is 22,000, and the cost of the 2-seater is 32,000. There is a mess inside the hostel, and the cost of the mess is 2,600 per month. The mess food is better than average, and hostel security is also good.
Faculty: Our faculty are very helpful to us because they provide all the material on time. They can teach very well. Our teachers are highly educated, and they handle students very smoothly. They teach us out of the syllabus sometimes when necessary. For one subject, a minimum of 2 to 3 teachers are allotted.
Other: My batch is in the third year of Information Technology. I was involved in the batch year 2022 and will pass out in 2026. I chose this course because I like software technology studies. It has improved my skills in leading, staging, problem-handling, and coding levels. In our college, fashion, sports, and other coding activities are organized. Our college has two playgrounds, including football and basketball grounds.

The college campus is very good and all facilities are good. So if you wish, you can take admission.
Placements: Around 75% of students are being placed. The highest package was around 12 LPA, and the lowest is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Tata, Wipro, and Byju's. Students got the internships from companies like Microsoft, Flipkart, etc. The role offered is a basic junior engineer.
Infrastructure: The facilities are very good. The systems are newly installed. All the labs are good enough.
The hostel is in two parts: one is a four-seater and one is a two-seater, where the water and electricity are available all the time. Mess is also available at a reasonable price. Food is good.
Faculty: Teachers are very friendly and qualified enough to teach. They are experienced and help in every way. Yes, it does make students industry-ready so that students are able to solve problems or get practical knowledge in real life. Pass percentage is 100%. Papers are quite difficult.

Review of Walchand Institute of Technology.
Placements: The placement record is much better than at other tier-3 colleges. Approximately 90% of students are placed this year. The highest salary package offered is 45 LPA, the lowest is 3.5 LPA, and the average is 5 LPA to 6 LPA. Overall, 80 % of students got internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good, and the main building was newly constructed. It is very big and amazing. The whole campus has Wi-Fi with high bandwidth. The hostel also has fast Wi-Fi. The mess is good. Sports are conducted from time to time.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and have extensive knowledge of every domain of technology, like cyber security, databases, etc. Their teaching abilities are excellent. Everyone is friendly. They are helpful with the curriculum as well as in life counseling. The course curriculum is very good for the future. Semester exams are difficult if you attend classes on a daily basis and listen carefully.

Overall college life is good enough with better infrastructure and faculty support.
Placements: Almost 99 percent of student well placed in top Mnc companies like Tcs, infosys, byjus etc. The average package is 4-5 LPA and the highest and the lowest is 35 and 3 LPA respectively. Internships and other work opportunities are provided by college itself or you also may apply for it. Mostly the role in companies is software developer, data scientist etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure and labs are very good and advanced. Wi-Fi is available every time in college and hostel also. Library is amazing and peaceful. In the hostel the food quality is good and for jain student it is very good without onion and garlic. Sport tournament is held time to time.
Faculty: Faculty are very nice and full supportive. Weekly mentorship and any help you want just tell them. Course curriculum is very nice as compare to other colleges. Faculty gave full support to the student to get industry ready. Semester exam is easier when you get prepare and you can easily achieve good marks in semester without much effort.
Other: I choose this college because of jain minority and concession and it's study environment. Events are conducted less as compare to other colleges. Scholarship is provided well enough for financially aided students.

Campus life was very good, and I have enjoyed it.
Placements: Walchand Institute of Technology is one of the best colleges in Solapur for study and placements. It is the only college from Solapur which places their students in different companies through placements. If you want good placements, then you should definitely take admission here.
Infrastructure: The college provides good facilities. The mess is not available, but it's not a problem. Our college campus is spacious and good, and departments are also well-built. Labs and classrooms are very comfortable.
Faculty: Teaching methods are effective and easy to grasp. Faculty members are good, have good knowledge, and they help to solve any query. Studying here is fun only because of them. The syllabus is relevant to today's industry needs.
Other: Our college doesn't have many negative points. It is a perfect college in Solapur city. The college arranges different technical events in the annual calendar.

It is the best college in Solpaur.
Placements: Our college provides limited placements, and it doesn't provide internships. The average salary package offered in on-campus placements is up to 3 LPA. Infosys and Cognizant are some of the companies which participate in campus recruitment. Less students were placed from our batch, and I also got placed.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is good. Our college is far away from the crowded place and is near to the Government Polytechnic College. Our college is surrounded by roads on all sides. It is one of the best colleges in Solapur district and is located in the city. Our college doesn't have the mess facility, and there are less facilities.
Faculty: The syllabus taught by teachers is as per university old curriculum. Faculty numbers are sufficient for the number of students. Their teaching quality is good, and they are very good at interacting with the students. They are very kind and helpful.
Other: Scholarships schemes are available here. Our college conducts different extracurricular activities.

Overall, it's a good place to start our career.
Placements: The placements in our college are good. Many companies visit our college every year. Companies like Infosys, Webtech, iASYS, Einfochips, etc., visit the college to offer placements. Companies provide good packages to the students. The average package offered was about 2-3 LPA. Our senior batch also got placed in many companies. More than 50% of the students get placed in the campus placements every year. The count is increasing every year.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good. Labs are very good with updated systems. Classrooms are clean and good. Our college conducts sports activities like cricket etc. Quality of food served in the canteen is good. Hostel rooms are good and homely, and the fee structure is low. Good facilities like food, Wi-Fi, water, etc., are provided in the hostel.
Faculty: The teaching at WIT is always good. Teachers in our college are well-qualified and knowledgeable. Teachers use projectors to teach the students. They help us in solving the problems. They conduct interactive sessions. We had industry visits. The course curriculum was useful and helpful. Overall, teaching is good enough and can be understood by everyone.
Other: Our college conducts an event named Witchar every year which is a national level event. Events celebrated in our college are good. They help the students to explore their skills via this platform. Our college conducts various programs.
