Placements: Around 75 students got placed in rural management. The highest salary package offered was 8 LPA and the lowest salary package was 1 LPA to 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Ujjivan small finance bank, IDFC, and Polycab India. Around 99% of students got placement in companies like Polycab India, IDFC, Rajeevika BRLPS, JSLPS, Manipal Tata medical college, Annapurna Finance, Ujjivan small finance bank, Bharat financial inclusion ltd, Federal Bank, Support, FES, Centrum, and St Jude India Childcare centers. Around 100% of students got internships in companies like TSF, BRLPS, Srijan foundation, Phia foundation, etc. Students got placements at IDFC as Managers.
Infrastructure: Our college provided the proper facilities needed for the rural management course. Library consisted of many books and online sites were available on the computers in the library. There were proper computer labs with Wi-Fi. Classrooms with air conditioners and projectors were available. Hostel was neat and clean and served tasty food. Food served in the canteen was tasty because the same chef was cooking food in the college and hostel. They served kachori in the breakfast every morning. Canteen kachori was famous as it was tasty.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were well-qualified, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their teaching quality was very good. They explained every topic very clearly with real-life examples. The course curriculum included some financial subjects, so some finance companies visit our college to offer placements. Many students belonging to accounts or BBA opt for these companies. As I belong to the pandemic batch we attended 18 months of online classes but the last 6 months were memorable and got the opportunity for rural camp visits. Around 98% of students scored a 7 CGPA and more.
Other: I chose this course because my educational background was in Science and I came from a semi-rural area where I spent my childhood observing the rural people and their culture, ethics, lifestyle, etc. I want to work for poor rural people. The best thing about rural management was students learn many things about rural areas and how to manage things happening in rural areas. Our college should focus a bit on urban areas.

Placements: Placements in our college are 100%. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are Tata, HDFC, SRLM, SKS, Janalaxmi, ICICI and NPCI. Almost 100% of the students got an internship. The manager is the top role offered. Almost 100% of the students got placed before March. Internship opportunities are provided to all students in companies ranging from CSR to microfinance.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was excellent, and the campus was Wi-Fi enabled. The library had an excellent collection of academic materials and journals. The hostel was according to the stream with Wi-Fi and playground. The mess offered three meals, ensuring correct timing and hygiene.
Faculty: All the professors were qualified and had the experience required to teach in the institution. Teaching pedagogy was modern and acquainted students with the necessary knowledge of the course. The course covered all aspects required to understand and match the requirements of the organisation.

Internships are provided in companies and organisations like Tata, World Vision, JSLPS, BRLPS, FES, etc. Top roles offered are in leadership, putting the last first, team building.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available all the time. We have computer labs and GIS labs. All the classrooms are air-conditioned for each course. The library is also air-conditioned, and canteen serves good food. Encouragement of co-curricular activities like basketball, cricket, and table tennis is given. Medical facilities are provided in the nearest hospital, i.e., Sadar Hospital.
Faculty: All the teachers in our college are very helpful, highly qualified and knowledgeable professors. The teaching quality is very good. Classes are taken in classrooms on projectors or even outside as the subject demand like exposures. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready.
Other: Our college provides exposures, field works, co-curricular activities, team building, and leadership. College fest and sports are big events.

A mess and Wi-Fi facilities are available in our hostel. The food quality is good, and not difficult to adjust here. Even the location of the hostel is amazing as students can find everything nearby the hostel such as malls, grocery store, medical facilities, etc. Inside the hostel, there is a basketball court and a huge place where students can play different sports. Our hostel is the best.
Faculty: Faculty members are qualified professors in different backgrounds, and their support helps students to grow. They share their knowledge, experiences, etc., which helps students for our overall development. They use various methods to teach students and more of that, and they believe in interactions and practical implications rather than delivering lectures. In the course curriculum, they have covered every part for making students rural developmental ready.
Other: I have chosen rural management above many other courses and colleges. I have chosen this course for practical exposure they give students here. Whatever be read and study about, students get a chance to apply them practically so that we can connect with the things better. We get weekly sessions by different other companies and get to know about the grassroots areas which help us in developing ourselves. Apart from academics, Various other events and extracurricular activities are conducted for the overall development of the students, and it is something I cherish about the college. At last, I will say that it nurtures you with a difference.
