Fellowship Programme in Human Resource Management

Candidates with BE / BTech degree or its equivalent with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates) obtained after completing higher secondary education, Class 12 or equivalent, followed by at least 2 years of relevant work experience are eligible to apply for XLRI FPM course. Apart from a full-time residential FPM course, XLRI also offers an Executive Fellow Programme in Management (Ex-FPM), a non-residential doctoral course. The course duration of both FPM and Ex-FPM is four years. XLRI admission to both these courses is based on valid XAT/UGC-JRF/NET/GMAT/GRE/GATE scores.

The XAT 2025 cut offs for Female engineers is 91 percentile for BM programme and 90 percentile for HRM programme. 

So basis the recently released sectional XAT cutoff 2025, it is difficult to get into XLRI with 90 percentile for General AI category students.
