Both CLC DU and NLSIU Bangalore are good choices for Law, however NLSIU does not offer LLB based on CLAT and instead requires a separate entrance exam or NLSAT-LLB.
As such even though NLSIU Bangalore is ranked the top or 1st Law course by NIRF 2025, if one has already completed UG in another field and missed the NLSAT LLB doing an Integrated LLB would require a large and unnecessary time investment.
One can still appear for NLSAT LLB during the next admission cycle but depending on one's timeframe CLC DU or other National Law Schools of India are also great choices.
