Students must be at least 16 years of age as of December 31 of the year of admission. There is no specific upper age limit for candidates applying to AP EAMCET.

For Agriculture and Medical courses
Students must be at least 17 years of age as of December 31 of the year of admission, there is an upper age limit. For general category candidates, upper age limit is 22 years, and for SC/ST candidates, it is 25 years.

No, direct admission to B.Tech is not available at SVUCE. However, with the Tech lateral entry program, eligible applicants get admission directly into the program's second year. Yes, Candidates who wish to become a professor after BTech in Electrical Engineering will also be required to complete MTech and PhD in the required discipline.They must clear GATE in order to pursue M.Tech and later pursue PhD in the same discipline.
