VBSPU BTech aspirants are required to qualify JEE Main. Other than this, students are also required to fulfil the eligibility conditions. Once the exam is over, the university conducts a counselling process. The counselling is held at university level.

No, candidates can not get admission in Jaypee Noida without JEE. The selection criteria for full-time course is through JEE Main score at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology. Candidates must have minimum of 60% marks (45% for SC/ST) in aggregate in Class 12 or its equivalent examination. Aspirants with gap year (if any) between their Class 12 will be required to submit Gap Period Affidavit  (available at university website). 

Galgotias University BTech courses are offered in lateral entry in academic year 2026. Some lateral entry BTech courses are also offered in part-time mode for working professionals. Candidates must pass a DVoc course or BSc course with a minimum duration of three years.
