M.Tech colleges accepting TS PGECET in India

TSCHE released TS PGECET (Phase I) provisional seat allotment result on July 26, 2026. Candidates whose name is included in the eligibility list and have done their web-option entry can check their seat allotment results.

There is as such no fixed number of seats through TS PGECET admission. However, the seat count changes every year. The seats are mainly divided into two parts:

• Convenor Quota Seats (70 to 80%)

• Management Quota Seats (20 to 30%)

As, GATE and GPAT scores are also accepted, first preference are given to them. After filling the seats, admissions will be done based on TS PGECET rank/percentile scores.

Every year, around 23000 to 27000 candidates register for TS PGECET, out of which 21000 to 23000 students appear for the exam. In 2026 session, computer Science engineering branch had the maximum number of applicants. 

Full form of TS PGECET is Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test. It is a state-level postgraduate entrance test conducted annually. Programmes offered - MTech, MPlan, MArch, etc.

Telangana PGECET exam is conducted once a year. Candidates who wish to get admission to MTech, MPharma, or MArch programmes can register for TS PGECET.

Median salary of B.E. / B.Tech course is INR 433,000 as per the reports/data available.

As one of the oldest universities in southern India, Osmania University was founded about 100 years ago by nazims and has different area of study like Btech, Mtech, MBA etc. In Osmania University , here the fees of B.Tech course is about 50k per year for 4 years, the total fees for B.Tech will be about 2 lakhs, here the fees for B.Tech course is comparitively less when compared to other colleges for B.Tech courses. No. The candidates can not access the Andhra Pradesh ECET application form in offline mode. To participate in the entrance examination and admission process, the candidates will have to fill out and submit the online Andhra Pradesh ECET application form. The authorities will not accept any other mode of application. The fee has to be paid online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card and then the Andhra Pradesh ECET application form has to be filled out and submitted.

TGICET dates are released with the exam notification. TGCHE has conducted the TS ICET 2026 exam. TG ICET 2027 exam is expected to be held in the month of May 2027.
