College Review - JIMS Greater Noida (Affiliated to GGSIPU).
Placements: Students securing good CGPA and having skills are placed in my college. Top recruiting companies include TCS, Wipro, Infosys, etc. Students get placements on and off campus. Since it's engineering usually technical companies come for recruitment. The package offered is not too low or too high.
Infrastructure: College has big classrooms with AC and projector. It helps the students to be more comfortable and understand better. Library is big as well. We also have auditorium, seminar hall, conference room, amphitheater, etc. College canteen is good too and it provides snacks. Right next to the canteen is the stationery for basic things.
Faculty: Faculty members here are very good. They are very dedicated and hardworking. They teach very well and provide us with presentations, questions, books, etc. Semester exams are not too tough as the questions are similar to those asked in previous years. We also have 2 mid-semester exams per semester.
Other: I chose this course since I wanted to pursue engineering in computer science. There are a lot of events within college and students participate in them actively. Whereas we have two fests every year, Zest and Anugoonj.

JEMTEC- Overall review for college.
Placements: I hear from most of my seniors that eligible for the placement cell, a student should have at least 75% attendance and more than 7 CGPA. Most placement companies come either in the middle of the 3rd year or in 4th year. Many renowned companies come to the college, like Google, Microsoft, Deloitte, Accenture, NIIT, JP Morgan, etc. The highest package is offered by Mindtickle Interactive Media Pvt. Ltd. for the Software Development Engineer role, and it is around 46 LPA.
Infrastructure: The campus is located in Greater Noida, Knowledge Park 3. The entire campus encompasses an area of 5.5 acres. The buildings may seem old, but well-maintained and kept clean and tidy. The institute has AC classrooms with proper ventilation. The libraries are well-kept, silent, and peaceful, with a huge collection of books. The seminar halls and auditorium are air-conditioned and used for various events. The canteen, sports area, and medical rooms are also available and in good condition. However, there is only one transport bus, which is a minor issue.
Faculty: We have well-qualified faculty members at our institute. Most faculty members have taught in other institutes as well, so they are highly experienced. They teach using different methods. Some use the blackboards, and some use PPTs. We receive all notes virtually, and group discussions are also done in classrooms. Teachers solve students' problems easily, whether it is related to academic or personal, in a very polite manner. The teacher-student ratio is about 1:28. We have a great bond with our teachers, as they are the ones who help us in need.
Other: The course curriculum at JIMS Engineering Management and Technical Campus is nicely structured and covers both practical and theoretical concepts. A comprehensive library creates a perfect environment for studies. Additionally, the institute encourages students to participate in technical competitions like hackathons. A technical society (HASHTAG) is specially made by senior students for the development of students in coding. One of the most positive things about JIMS Engineering Management and Technical Campus is that it offers a well-structured and reasonable fee system, considering the quality of education and facilities provided.

Good faculty members, good placements, and excellent infrastructure at JIMS, Greater Noida.
Placements: Approximately 90% of students have been placed in recent years. The highest package offered is 25 LPA. The minimum package is 5 LPA - 6 LPA. The average package is 15 LPA. Some top recruiting companies like Bjyu's, Zeeindia, Amazon, Infosys, HCL, Dell, Wipro, and Bank of America.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are fully air-conditioned with smart board and well-equipped labs for practical learning. Library is also air-conditioned and has large collections of books and journals. There is a separate hostel for boys and girls with well-furnished rooms and hygienic bathrooms. Canteen is well maintained and hygienic.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified, knowledgeable, respectful, and supportive. The teaching quality is good. They use modern methods to enhance learning. The course curriculum is relevant to students. Semester exams are moderate in difficult. They focus on skills development and help students to succeed academically and professionally.

Placements: I am currently in B.Tech CSE. Last year's placement records were pretty good with 100% placements given to the students. The highest package offered is 52 LPA, and the lowest is 12 LPA. There are almost every company recruiting students from our college.
Infrastructure: The college has a big campus with hostel facility provided by the college itself. The boys and the girls hostels are separate and also include a separate mess. The food at the mess is hygienic and of good taste. The overall quality of the hostel is pretty good.
Faculty: Teachers here are well experienced and qualified in their particular subjects. They have unique teaching methods that make learning fun and easy. The quality of the teaching is very good. The teaching methods of the teachers here also make the students industry-ready, improving their skills and communication. Semester exams are of moderate to easy difficulty and are pretty easy to pass. Passing percentage is 40 out of 100 per subject.

Satisfied with the faculty. I am not satisfied with small infrastructure and on-campus placements.
Placements: In terms of placements, dream companies like Microsoft, Amazon, and TCS do not visit our college. On-campus placements are not good. Mentorship is given by teachers and good seniors. Companies have a minimum requirement of CGPA, mostly a minimum of 6.5 -7 CGPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite small compared to other good IPU colleges. There are proper labs, classrooms, a spacious library, a basketball area, and an amphitheatre. There's no playground for sports like cricket, football, etc. Tug of war takes place. Football and other sports are there in the basketball area itself. There is a boys' hostel on the campus itself. A girls' hostel is being built.
Faculty: There is great faculty. They are helpful and provide mentorship. Importance is given to attendance in class. The IPU curriculum is strictly followed. Teachers give decent internal marks to students, which helps in overall CGPA.
Other: Events and fests take place on a regular basis. There are cultural societies that organize events on usually every occasion. Workshops, seminars, and techfests are provided. Overall, there is good campus life but on-campus placements are not as good.

Yes, the college does provide WIFI but it isn't something you can really count on in my experience. Usually over crowded and slow as snail.

Yes, JIMS provide transport facility. But they are private buses available too that can work from anywhere from delhi to JIMS.

The total fees of JEMTEC is 1 lakh per year. At the time of admission Rs5000 is taken as security deposit.Thus making the 1st year fees Rs105000 and thereafter it is Rs100000. College also provide book bank which cost Rs6500 for 4 years.
