Patna University offers admission to candidates based on their scores in the entrance exam or the last qualifying examination. The university conducts PUCET for admission to various courses. PU also considers scores in national-level entrance exams such as MAT, CMAT, etc. for admission to MBA programme. Further, Patna University publishes course-wise merit or selection lists.

Admissions to most of the undergraduate programmes at Ravenshaw University Cuttack is based on the merit of the last qualifying exam. The university conducts its admissions through the SAMS (Student Academic Management System),  which is an integrated portal that provides a common platform for admission into various courses across the state of Odisha.

Noida International University was established in 2010 and is sponsored by the Maruti Educational Trust. NIU University is a good university which is approved by UGC (University Grants Commission), NCTE, the Council of Architecture, the Indian Association of Physiotherapists, the Indian Nursing Council, the National Medical Commission, BCI, IIC, and AIU. Noida International University is one of the best universities in India.

Kalyani University admissions are both merit and entrance-based for respective UG and PG courses. For a few UG courses such as B.Ed, BSc, MA, etc., admissions are offered based on candidates' merit scores obtained in their previous qualifying exam. Further, to get admission to courses such as BTech, MTech, MBA, etc., candidates have to qualify for state/ national-level entrance exams. As per the admission process, candidates also have to appear for other selection rounds such as Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds for the respective courses. Yes, UPRTOU Allahabad offers an MA (Master of Arts) course in distance mode. The course can be completed in two years or at maximum in four years. MA programme is of semester pattern. This course can be pursued at Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University in various specialisations. Aspirants with a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university are eligible to apply for MA programme. 

MAT is one of the accepting exams for admission to West Bengal State University. However, it is not mandatory. Candidates with a valid score in CAT or XAT can also apply for admission. Besides, aspirants must also complete graduation with at least 50% aggregate for admission.

Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith (MGKVP), Varanasi usually concludes the application process between May and July for most of its courses across. Candidates seeking admission must fulfil the eligibility and other requirements for final seat allotment and should fill out the application by paying the required application fee before the specified last date. Those who qualify for all the admission rounds will be required to report to the admission cell at Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith (MGKVP), Varanasi for document verification and fee payment.

Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University offers admission to candidates mainly based on CUET scores of the candidates. The university accepts CUET-UG for BTech, BA, BPharm, etc. and CUET-PG for most of the PG courses. Aspirants are allotted seat via CUET Counselling after the release of merit. Hence, direct admission is usually not offered at HNBGU.

CV Raman University admissions are currently open. The university has not specified the deadline for application. Aspirants meeting the eligibility criteria can apply for the preferred programme. The university opens the application portal online. CVRU shortlists candidates for most of the courses based on merit in the last qualifying exam. The university also accepts entrance exam scores for admission.

University of North Bengal admission based on merit and entrance exams. For admission to its MBA programme, the university accepts CAT, MAT, CMA, ATMA, and others. NBU course admission begins with the online application. Interested candidates must fill out the online application for the respective courses on the official website of the university.

Mohanlal Sukhadia University admissions are likely to start soon. Interested students can apply online. The university offers UG, PG, and PhD programmes. It will post the admission notice at the website. To know more, students can check the official page of MLSU.

Uttarakhand Open University MA is offered in the correspondence mode, that means students do not have to attend any classes for the MA programme, students can study the course material on their own and appear for exams. Candidates applying for admission should take note that the MA at Uttarakhand Open University is different from its online MA opportunities.

Admission into the programme is offered through graduation, the eligibility criteria for MA is a 50% minimum aggregate in graduation.

Candidates need to pay an application fee to register for a course at BU Bhopal. The application fee for Barkatullah University is INR 300 for General and OBC candidates. There is relaxation in application fee for SC/ST aspirants. Such candidates need to pay an application fee of INR 150. Aspirants can pay the fee via any of the online payment modes. It must be noted that the mentioned fee amount is as per the past years' data. It is subject to changes and hence, is indicative. 

NMU accepts MHCET Law for admission to LLB and BA LLB. There is a low possibility of getting admission to North Maharashtra University at 40 score, as the most lenient cutoff was for BA LLB course, that closed at 40.11, for the General All India category students. Among the Home State category students, it is impossible to get admission to law courses at this score. 

Yes, MA course is available at Vidyasagar University. The postgraduate-level course is available in two-years course across ten specialisations including Santali, Philosophy,  Sociology, Political Science,  Sanskrit, English, etc. The m course is provided via its affiliated colleges and campuses. Admission to the MA course is subject to a valid score in the last qualifying exam.

Himachal Pradesh University conducts entrance exam for some of the courses. National-level entrance exams are accepted for Medical courses. Below are the entrance exam accepted for top HPU programmes:

According to media reports, a job fair was organized at Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru Government College for the Class of 2026. 21 recruiters participated and made over 400 offers.  The highest package achieved was INR 12 LPA.

Kalinga Scholastic Entrance Examination (KALSEE) is a university-level entrance exam conducted by Pearson VUE on behalf of Kalinga University. KALSEE exam is conducted to offer admission to various undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), and doctorate (PhD) courses offered by Kalinga University. The exam is conducted once a year and in online mode at various cities across India and other countries. 

SAM Global University is approved by UGC (University Grants Commission) and Madhya Pradesh Niji Vishwavidhyalaya (Sthapana Avam Sanchalan) Adhiniyam 2007. Some of the constituent colleges under this university are approved by PCI (Pharmacy Council of India), AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education), Madhya Pradesh Private University Regulatory Commission, NCTE, CCIM, INC, AIPC, and Madhya Pradesh Government.
