M.A. Philosophy Colleges in Prayagraj - Fees, Admissions, Eligibility

AMU MA is a two-year postgraduate programme offered in the full-time mode. Candidates who have scored at least 50% in Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline are eligible to pursue MA at the university. Hence, a candidate scoring less that 50% in their graduation degree is not eligible to apply for the programme. Such candidates can pursue MA at some other college or university. BHU has a dediacted placement cell which invites prominent companies for the placement drives. During the Banaras Hindu University 2025 placement drive, more than 65 companies participated. Some of the eminent recruiters during the 2025 placements included Cognizant, Genpact, Adani Wilmar, IBM, Infosys, Wipro, Deloitte, KPMG, etc. 

Lucknow University has direct admission into the vacant and NRI seats in some courses such as BTech and MCA. In most courses under consideration, admissions are strictly entrance-based. The candidates are required to meet the eligibility and procedure.

Yes, UPRTOU Allahabad offers an MA (Master of Arts) course in distance mode. The course can be completed in two years or at maximum in four years. MA programme is of semester pattern. This course can be pursued at Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University in various specialisations. Aspirants with a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university are eligible to apply for MA programme. 

Allahabad Uiversity is a Central University in Uttar Pradesh. It offers BTech & MBA  as its flagship courses. It has been ranked at the 123rd position by NIRF 2025 under Management category. The university offers university like UGC Scholarship, Rajiv Gandhi Scholarship, Jawahar Bhawan Trust Scholarship, etc. Overall, it is a very good university.

SHUATS is one of the premier Universities in Allahabad and has been receiving rankings from major bodies in India. As per the 2023 rankings, SHUATS has been ranked 70th in the NIRF Pharmacy rankings.
