Hello Nishar Ahmed, National Institute of Electronics and Information technology is an autonomous institute working under the ministry of information and technology of the government of india. It has campuses spread across India at 41 locations. It is basically involved in skill development activity meaning it provides many courses of small duration to students who then can either seek employment or they can work themselves as entrepreneurs. In addition to this these institutes also offer some courses at graduation and post graduation levels also. These courses are invariably affiliated to the local government university where these institutes are located. In such cases the University grants a degree or postgraduate certificate. Having spread across India and also being involved in providing computer and information technology related training to the students, all institutes together have an online placement cell. All students belonging to any of these 41 campuses can upload their CVs and then the prospective employers can come and interview them at each of the campuses and select candidates for recruitment.
