The BSc admission process at HIMT Group of Institutions is entrance-based. However, applicants are required to meet the academic eligibility criteria. The selection of candidates will be based on the entrance exam, with the accepted exam being the CUET (Common University Entrance Test). The results of CUET 2024 are expected to be announced by June 30, 2024.

After submitting the form, candidates will go through a shortlisting process based on their performance in the computer-based CUET entrance exam. The CUET result is published online, allowing candidates to view their rank and selection status. Furthermore, only the shortlisted students will be sent a selection letter that includes fee details and due dates for fee submissions.

HIMT College provides a three-year full-time BSc programme in Biotechnology. Admission to this programme is based on an entrance exam, and prospective students should carefully review the eligibility criteria before applying. The accepted entrance exam is CUET, a computer-based test for applying to the BSc course.

The registration for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2024 commenced on February 27, 2024, following the release of the CUET 2024 notification by NTA. Prospective candidates were required to complete the online application process at the official website to be eligible for the CUET 2024 exam. The registration period concluded on April 5, 2024, and no extensions were granted beyond this date.

The HIMT College offers a BSc programme with a specialisation in Biotechnology. The college is affiliated with CCS University and the programme is a full-time, three-year course. In addition to the core programme, the college provides a variety of add-on courses and hands-on project work, allowing students to gain valuable experience in a stimulating academic environment. 

The selected students are required to submit the necessary documents for verification. The Admission Committee will then authenticate the uploaded documents, including ID proof, Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets, and other forms of identification containing the applicant's name, photo, and signature. Any applicants found to have submitted false or fabricated information will be disqualified.

The online registrations and application submissions for CUET 2024 commenced on April 5, 2024. After the application process was completed, NTA provided a correction window for CUET 2024 applications. However, as the application window has now closed, candidates who are interested in enrolling in the BSc programme at HIMT College can consider applying for the next academic year.

Candidates from reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/minority) who have achieved a minimum aggregate of 40% are also eligible.
