GIBS Business School offers a game-changing IRE (Innovation, Research, Entrepreneurship) Certificate Program to its students. This program, PGPIRE is designed to equip students with the necessary skills and mind-set to excel in the areas of innovation, research, and entrepreneurship to become successful entrepreneurs or effective functional managers. Here is an overview of the programme structure:

1. Course Delivery: The program, delivered through activities, workshops and expert sessions, is scheduled every Friday for the first three trimesters of the PGDM / MBA programs.
2. Credit Structure: This programme with a total of 18 credits are spread across three trimesters – 2 credits per Trimester for Innovation, 2 credits per trimester for Research and 2 Credits per trimester for Entrepreneurship.
3. Assessment Focus: The final examination of the programme is centered around the students' innovative idea, concept, real-time research, product prototypes, robust business plan and overall flawless execution.
