FMS Delhi placement for the 2022-24 batch is yet to release on the official website, fms.edu. The outgoing batch of 2024 had a batch size of 271 students. This page will host FMS Delhi 2024 placements as soon as the institute releases the same. FMS recorded the highest-ever domestic placement offer of INR 1.23 crore per annum in the previous season. The average CTC of INR 34.1 LPA was also the highest ever in the FMS placement history. FMS Delhi Final Placement Report 2024: Comparative Analysis

The final placement report for FMS Delhi 2022 has been released. Candidates can check the compensation statistics for FMS placement for the past three years:

FMS Delhi final placements are divided into two stages. The first stage is the lateral placement and the second stage is the final placement.

Placements 2022-24: details to be updated soon

Placements 2021-23: Similar to past sessions, the placement process at FMS Delhi was divided into two parts, the Lateral and the Final placement processes. Students who had more than 18 months of work experience before pursuing MBA from FMS Delhi participated in the Lateral placements process held in December 2022. Later, the final placement process was administered for the remaining batch of students in January 2023.

In this session, FMS recorded its highest-ever average salary package of INR 34.1 LPA. Additionally, 97 per cent of the eligible batch received an offer exceeding INR 20 LPA. While 50 per cent of the batch got an offer exceeding INR 30 LPA.
Placements 2020-22: Candidates having a total work experience of more than 18 months prior to the MBA degree course were allowed to sit in the lateral placement process conducted in December 2021. The final placement process was conducted for the remaining students in January 2022.

Maximum number of offers (including PPO) were made from the Consulting and General Management domain (89 offers). followed by eCommerce/IT/Operations (75 offers). As many as 52 offers were made from the Sales and Marketing sector. The Finance sector fetched 41 offers in the FMS Delhi placements 2022.

Placements 2019-21: In the lateral placement process held in January 2021, students with work experience greater than 18 months were placed. The final placement process was held in February 2021 in which freshers were offered jobs by participating companies.

Domain-wise, maximum number of offers (including PPO) were made in Ecommerce, IT & Operations (72 offers), followed by Consulting and General Management combined (64 offers). 44 offers were made in Sales & Marketing domain and 33 offers were made in Finance in the FMS final placements 2021.

Sales & Marketing: Top recruiters at FMS Delhi that offered job roles in Sales and Marketing domain included Airtel, Amazon, Asian Paints, HUL, ITC, Dabur, Dr. Reddy's, HCCB, Cipla, Colgate, Palmolive, Cummins, Nestle, Pidilite, Pernod Ricard, Reckitt, Samsung, among others.

IT/Analytics/Operations: Top recruiters in the domain included Amazon, American Express, Appario Retail, Atlassian, EXL, Flipkart, Go-MMT, Jio Platforms, Magicbricks Media., Net Microsoft, Optum, Paytm, Piramal, Wipro, Zomato, among others.

Finance: This domain saw an increase of offers by 19 per cent in previous placement cycle (FMS Delhi Placements 2023). Top recruiters in the Finance domain included American Express, Axis Bank, BDA Partners, DBS Bank, HDFC Bank, Natwest, Nomura, Ofbusiness, Morgan Stanley, O3 Capital, Piramal, Power Finance Corporation, Standard Chartered, Statestreet, and Synergy Consulting.  

Consulting/General Management/Strategy: Top recruiter in the domain included Accenture Strategy, Adani, AON, Bain & Co., BCG, Capgemini, E.L.I.T.E., Freyr Solutions, GEP Consulting, HCL, Deloitte, Everest Group, EY, I-PAC, Kearney, KPMG, Mahindra GMC, Piramal, PwC, Varahe Analytics, Zomato, TAS, among others.

In comparison to the previous year’s final placements, this year FMS witnessed a minimal rise in highest as well as average salary offers. Take a look at the table below for a comparison between FMS placements 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023.

Previous Year's FMS Delhi Placements

In the past placement session, FMS Delhi recorded 100 per cent placements of the batch placement, with 269 participating students. Over 97 per cent of the students placed got a 20 LPA package making FMS Delhi among the MBA colleges with best ROI. The average CTC as per the FMS Delhi placements 2023  increased to an all time high of 34.1 LPA. The highest salary in the FMS 2023 placements went to 1.23 crore per annum from 58 LPA in the previous session. While the median salary stood at 31 LPA, which increased from 30 LPA in the previous session. This was the biggest batch of 273 students with a few students opting for a placement holiday.

As per the domain-wise report from FMS Delhi 2023 placements, Consulting dominated all domains with 27 per cent placement offers, followed by Marketing and BFSI with 20 per cent and 19 per cent placement offers. BCG, E&Y, HUL, Deloitte and KPMG were among the top recruiters in the FMS Delhi MBA placements 2023.
