This year, there were 23 new recruiters, including Abhinandan Lodha, Bluestone, Crompton Greaves, DE Shaw, Diageo, Elevation Capital, GDi Partners, HDFC ERGO, India Sotheby's International Realty, Javis and Jindal Shadeed. IIM Ahmedabad Placements: Past Trends
In the IIM Ahmedabad placements 2023, nearly 190 companies participated to offer as many as 280 job roles to the MBA batch 2021-23. Top recruiters included McKinsey and Company with maximum offers. Other companies that participated in the IIM Ahmedabad placement drive included Accenture, Boston Consulting Group, Ernst & Young, among others. Highest salary as reported by the Indian Placement Reporting Standards (IPRS) for IIM Ahmedabad 2023 final placement stood at 1.46 CPA. The international highest salary stood at USD 1,37,843.
The institute has not disclosed the lowest package. However, the median package has been released. The median package offered during IIM Nagpur MBA placements 2024 stood at INR 16 LPA. Further, a fluctuating trend was witnessed in the IIM Nagpur median package offered over the past three years of placements, which is presented below:

In 2022, highest domestic salary package stood at INR 61.48 LPA, while the highest international salary package offered stood at USD 1,40,599 per annum. The average domestic package stood at INR 32.79 LPA, while the average international package stood at USD 1,08,405 per annum.
In 2021, highest salary offered stood at INR 55.00 lakh per annum, while the highest international salary offer stood at INR 1.16 crore per annum. The average international salary offer stood at INR 74.80 lakh per annum.
In 2020, as many as 153 firms participated in the IIM Ahmedabad placement process. The IPRS PGP final placement report for IIM Ahmedabad reveals that the average domestic salary at the institute stood at Rs 26.13 LPA. The highest domestic placement offer was made for Rs 55.88 LPA. In contrast, the international package offered to a student was Rs 1.32 crore per annum.
In 2019, about 123 organisations participated in hiring MBA graduates in various domains and job roles. A total of 184 job roles were offered. Accenture made the largest number of offers at the end of the final placement process with 23 offers, followed by BCG with 17 and PwC with 14 offers.

IIM Bangalore
During the 2024 placements at IIM Bangalore, the median salary for the PGP and PGPBA programs was INR 32.5 LPA. More than 570 offers were made, with 29 international offers. The consulting sector was the leading recruiter, accounting for 42% of all offers. Additionally, the average and median salaries for the EPGP program were INR 34.33 LPA and INR 33 LPA, respectively.

The Final placement process 2023 at IIM Bangalore has been concluded. As many as 512 students participated and received a total of 606 offers from marquee companies. This year, the maximum number of job offers were made in Identical to last year of IIM Bangalore placements, Consulting sector recorded the maximum number of offers with 40 per cent offers from the sector.
