FMS Delhi Admission Process 2026: Check Waitlist, CAT Cut Offs, Selection Criteria and Fees

FMS Delhi MBA admission process for 2026-2028- The institute has released provisional merit list for upto 4 rounds. Candidates who have made it to the merit list must complete admission formalities now. Read details below. 

The Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi University MBA admission 2026 is underway. The institute has released the provisional merit list for admission upto fourth round. Candidates selected for admission have to complete the formalities by a due date. Further merit list or waitlist will be released basis the number of seats remaining vacant. The PI round was conducted in April 2026.

 FMS MBA admission is based on CAT exam score. Academic eligibility criteria for pursuing MBA at FMS DU is graduation with a minimum of 50 per cent aggregate or equivalent CGPA. For reserved category students, the minimum aggregate required is 45 per cent. FMS Selection Criteria 2026

The FMS Selection criteria includes CAT weightage, performance in academics, Extempore and PI as well as discussion on Statement of Purpose. Additional five marks shall be awarded to the women candidates who appear for the interview.

*Marks obtained in Class 10 – 10 per cent (60 to 75 per cent: 5 per cent; 75 per cent and above: 10 per cent)

** Marks obtained in Class 12 – 10 per cent (60 to 75 per cent: 5 per cent; 75 per cent and above: 10 per cent)

FMS Cut Offs for MBA 

Check below category wise composite scores for PI shortlisting. These CAT cut off scores are determined by the institute basis previous years' closing percentile and seat availability. 

FMS MBA Admission Process 2026

To shortlist candidates for the personal interview round, FMS will fix a minimum CAT cut off percentile. Candidates meeting the CAT cut off criteria will be eligible for Extempore and PI. Given below is the weightage allotted to each section of CAT exam:

Over the year, minimum CAT cut off for FMS admission has been 98 percentile while for ST/SC/OBC it ranges from 50 to 85 percentile.

FMS MBA Fees

For MBA programme, the current fee is approximately INR 57,350 per semester. Students from PWD category shall be exempted from payment of all fees except Admission fee and Identity Card fee.

FMS Admission 2026-28: How to Apply?

Candidates had to fill the FMS admission form at the institute website by registering with their name mobile number and email ID. Given below is the process to apply for FMS DU MBA programme. 

• Open the FMS DU website
• Click on ' MBA 2026 apply now'
• Enter details to create a user ID
• Login again to fill the application form with relevant details 
• Upload passport size photo, CAT 2025 scorecard and other documents
• Make fee payment via debit/credit card or net banking to submit the form
