Good placements and infrastructure.

Placements: Amity deserves 5 stars for placements in MBA, Impressive 80% placements. The highest package went 14LPA, the lowest 6LPA, Average 9LPA. Top recruiters include Deloitte, HDFC Bank. Strong internship opportunities, with companies like PwC and ICICI Bank. Top roles include Consulting, Finance, and Management.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure at Amity Kolkata are solid, Wi-fi, seminar room, classrooms and a well stocked library. Hostel facilities were good, with satisfactory food in the mess. Canteen was really good. Adequate medical facilities and plenty of sports options like gym, grounds with equipment.

Faculty: Amity Kolkatas MBA faculty was very experienced and knowledgeable professors were highly qualified and somewhat supportive. The teaching quality was excellent. The curriculum was standard which ensures students are industry ready. Semester exams were not so difficult.

The infrastructure is good, and the faculty is average.

Placements: Placements in our college till now are average. I hope for the best in coming years. Kolkata based companies are very few to get placed in. IT companies have yet to make their way for recruiting MBA students, and the salary package is also not up to the mark for an MBA graduate. But as this is a new campus, let's hope it will be better after a few years.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good, and it is getting better with time. Construction work is still going on. It is a very good AC campus. The cafeteria is good, but the problem is they serve only vegetarian food and non-veg is not allowed. The architecture of the campus is very good.

Faculty: The courses offered information is not available as its a new college. Faculty are good but not up to the mark. But as it is a new campus, it will take a little time to get good faculty. I will rate the college as average, but not low. Proper coordination is to be made for placements.

Other: Overall, the college is average.

One of the best engineering destinations which give ample industry exposure and placements.

Placements: The placements in Bharath University are well above average. Almost 70 to 85 percent of the students get placed every year. The highest package offered was around 5 or 5.5 LPA. The lowest package offered was around 3 LPA. Both technical and non-technical roles (BPO, consultation, etc.) were offered.

Infrastructure: The university has the best infrastructure with spacious classrooms and sports ground. Enabled Wi-Fi, excellent library and medical facilities are provided. The food in the canteen is good, both South Indian and North Indian dishes were served and it is quite affordable too.

Faculty: The faculty here is very experienced and well versed. They are very helpful whenever a student needs help in any of the subjects. Both practical and theoretical teaching methods are used. As it is situated in Chennai, it is easier to get more industry exposure.

Other: It’s a new start to the educational journey in Kolkata by Amity University. Still establishing a world class university here. Amity has already started their sessions. Since they have just started their Kolkata Campus, it won’t be feasible to say anything regarding the college now. Though the administration is trying their level best in making sure that no student gets any negative impression about the Institution.

I personally loved the infrastructure.

Placements: In a 2-year course, some of the students were placed after 1st year only and most of them were placed after the 3rd semester. Since most of the students were placed even at the peak of covid, I found this nice. Many companies visited during our course carrying online interviews. The highest package was around 15LPA and the average was around 6 LPA .

Infrastructure: I personally loved the infrastructure. It was beyond my imagination when I visited the campus. The classrooms were equipped with AC and the facilities of library and labs were very fascinating. Canteen was nice and the food was tasty, multiple varieties of food are available in the canteen and overall I will rate the infrastructures 10 out of 10.

Faculty: The professors were very helpful and sincere and they were very clear about the subject which they taught. They were able to make a great interest in otherwise boring lectures by providing many real time examples. The semester exams were easy to pass if one attended classes regularly.
