SRCC GBO exam pattern 2025 depicts the type of questions, number of questions, number of sections, marking scheme, etc. The SRCC GBO question paper has multiple-choice questions divided across the four sections of the SRCC GBO exam. SRCC GBO 2025 will likely be conducted in the last week of February 2025. The duration of the SRCC GBO exam is two hours. The exam will be conducted in computer-based test mode. The SRCC GBO question paper is divided into four sections, i.e., English Comprehension and Language Ability, Quantitative Ability, Logical Ability and Data Interpretation. All the sections carry multiple-choice questions and each question carries four marks. For each incorrect answer one mark will be deducted from the overall score. This means, that if the candidate has marked four answers wrong then four marks will be deducted from the overall score.  Given below is the number of questions in each section:

There is a total of 160 questions in the SRCC GBO question paper which are divided across these four sections. There are only multiple choice questions and no subjective questions. 

 

Q:   What is the SRCC GBO exam duration and slot?

A:

SRCC GBO exam is conducted for two hours or 120 minutes. The exam is conducted in the computer-based test mode. SRCC GBO exam does not have any sec tional time limit as well. However, the candidates need to solve the question paper in 120 minutes and this means that the candidates will have approximately one minute to solve each question. Candidates must take care of saving their answers at every step as the moment 120 minutes will get over, the screen will automatically end the test. The SRCC GBO exam is conducted in the evening shift, I. e. from 3 PM to 5 PM. Also, there is no provision for changing the exam slot. Candidates must make sure that they reach the SRCC GBO exam centre by 2:00 PM in order to complete the frisking formalities at the entry gate. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam centre beyond 2:45 PM.

Q:   Is there negative marking in SRCC GBO?

A:

Yes, the SRCC GBO exam has negative marking. Each question in the SRCC GBO question paper carries four marks. One mark is deducted for each incorrect answer. This means that if the candidate has marked 40 question wrong, then 40 marks will be deducted from the overall score obtained by the candidate. If the candidate has marked more than one option for a particular question, even then the answer will be considered incorrect. To avoid maximum marks deduction, students must attempt the easier question first and then move on to the more difficult ones in that particular section. If the candidate is unsure about a particular question, they can also skip the question. No marks will be deducted or awarded for unanswered questions.

SRCC GBO has a total of 160 questions. Each section carries 160 marks. For each correct attempt, four marks are awarded and one mark is deducted for incorrect attempt. There is no deduction of marks for unanswered questions. Therefore, the total marks of SRCC GBO is 640. Each section in the SRCC GBO question paper carries equal number of questions and marks. No, there are no subjective-type or long form answer questions in the SRCC GBO exam. The SRCC GBO question paper only has 160 multiple-choice questions that are to be solved in two hours or 120 minutes. Q:   Is the CAT and SRCC GBO exam pattern same?

The SRCC GBO exam pattern is similar to the CAT exam pattern, but the SRCC GBO exam is slightly less difficult. The SRCC GBO exam has 160 multiple choice questions that must be answered in 120 minutes.
