ICFAI Business School will release the IBSAT 2026 notification at general.ibsindia.org. Candidates seeking admission to MBA/PGDM programme of IBS must fill the online application form. Authorities will commence IBSAT 2026 registrations tentatively on July 01 and will end in last week of December 2026. IBSAT 2026 registration is an online process.

IBSAT is conducted once in a year. IBS usually conducts IBSAT in last week of December annually. The registrations for IBSAT commence in first week of July and ends in third week of December. Yes, candidates can fill IBSAT 2026 application form in offline mode. To apply offline, candidates must purchase the application form and prospectus offline from the designated ICFAI campus of INR 1800. Candidates must complete the IBSAT application form and submit at designated centres.

IBSAT 2026 application process last date will be updated on release of official notification. As per the ICFAI Business School official notification, the registrations will end in third week of December 2026. Candidates can fill the IBSAT registration form in online and offline modes. For successful registration, candidates must ensure to pay the IBSAT application fee of INR 1800. IBS conducts IBSAT exam in remote proctired mode. In this mode of examination, exam can be taken from preferrable place. Students must make sure to fulfil the exam day guidelines to appear for online test.

IBSAT 2025 admit card is available for download at ibsindia.org. Candidates who registered for the IBSAT exam can book the exam slot and download admit card till the date of examination. Candidates must make sure to keep IBSAT admit card for the complete admission process. Candidates will not be able to download the IBSAT admit card soon after the exam is concluded. The IBSAT admit card is an important document required for the verification process on exam day. Candidates will not be allowed to take the exam without IBSAT admit card.

IBSAT 2025 results has been announced soon after the exam was conducted. The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education conducted IBSAT 2025 exam on December 27 and 28, 2025. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check IBSAT result online by entering IBSAT application number and date of birth. The IBSAT result mentions the candidate's details, section-wise score and overall scores obtained. 

IBSAT 2025 selection rounds will be conducted from second week of February 2026 at IBS Hyderabad. Candidates will be shortlisted for the IBSAT selection rounds based on their IBSAT, CAT, XAT, GMAT scores. 

IBSAT selection rounds will consist of two rounds- micro presentation and personal interview rounds. The final selection will be based on candidate's performance in past academics and selection rounds. Candidates must ensure to report at alloted exam centre on given date and time.

Yes, candidates can apply for IBS MBA/PGPM admissions without IBSAT. Candidates must ensure to have score in any of the following national entrance examinations for admissions:

• CAT
• XAT
• NMAT by GMAC
• GMAT

IBSAT eligibility criteria refers to the minimum qualifications required to appear for the exam. Candidates must ensure to fulfill the prescribed criteria to appear for the IBSAT exam. Candidates failing to meet the eligibility criteria, their candidature will stand cancelled. Check the IBSAT eligibility criteria below:

• Passed a graduate degree of minimum of three-year or four-year duration from any recognised institute or university i.e. completion of formal education under 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern.
• Obtained at least 50% marks in their bachelor's degree examination (final year).
• Candidates in the final year of their graduation degree are also eligible for the IBSAT exam, however, they must complete their graduation (all exams practical as well as theory papers) on or before May 31, 2026. Admission status of such candidates will be provisional until and unless they submit their Bachelor degree mark sheets to prove their eligibility for IBSAT 2026.

Candidates can save and change the information in the IBSAT application form before the payment of the application form. Once the application form is submitted candidates will not be able to edit or change the personal information. There will be no provision for an application form correction window. Candidates are advised to enter the details carefully while filling the application form. Candidates must note that they can enter their CAT or relevant MBA entrance exam scores after submitting the application form.
