Qualifying percentile is the minimum percentile score required to become eligible for admission to FNB courses. To qualify for the examination, students need to score at or equal to the 50th percentile. Candidates who do not qualify for FET 2025 will not be eligible for admission to FNB courses.
Validity of FET Result 2025 and Pass Certificate
The result of FET 2025 will be valid for that particular session only. It cannot be carried forward to the next year or be used to take admission to the FNB courses next year.
FET Result 2025: Tie-Breaker Criteria
Sometimes two or more candidates end up securing equal marks in the FET 2025. However, such candidates need to have different ranks in the merit list. To decide which candidate should be ranked higher in such cases, NBE has tie-breaking criteria in place. The following protocol is followed to resolve ties while preparing the FET 2025 result:
- Those candidates with fewer negative responses in the entire paper will be ranked higher
- If the number of negative responses is the same, the candidate who has scored more marks in Part B of the question paper will be ranked higher
- If marks obtained in Part B are equal, the candidate who has marked fewer negative responses in Part B of the question paper will be ranked higher
- If the number of negative responses in Part B is equal, the candidate who is older in age will be ranked higher
