Gujarat NEET PG Counselling 2025: Round-2 Result (Out), Dates, Reporting, Registration, Choice Filling

Eligibility criteria to participate in Gujarat NEET PG counselling process 2025 for admission to MD/MS/Diploma/CPS & MDS courses is provided below: 

• Students must have completed recognized MBBS or BDS course from university established under any law of Government of Gujarat and situated in Gujarat.
• Candidate must have completed recognized MBBS or BDS course from university established under any law of Government of India and situated in any State / Union territory of India / Out of India subject to fulfilling the Eligibility criteria of NMC, New Delhi/ Govt. of India and must have passed 12th Qualifying examination provided that school is located in the state of Gujarat. 
• Candidate must be born in Gujarat state/ be the Domicile of Gujarat state.
• The candidate must have completed a compulsory rotating internship on or before Dt. 11th August 2025

Online Registration

Candidates who wish to participate in the counselling of Gujarat NEET PG/NEET MDS need to register online on the official website of ACPPGMEC. To register online, they have to purchase a 14-digit PIN which would initiate the application form. The PIN can be purchased online/offline by paying an application fee. The 5-digit serial number of this PIN will become the user ID for the candidate.

Verification of Documents

After completing the registration process, candidates were required to report to the Help Centre with their documents. The authorities at these centres verify the authenticity of the documents and determine their eligibility for participating in Gujarat NEET PG counselling 2025.

List of documents required for Gujarat PG medical 2025 counselling

Here is the list of documents that is required to participate in the Gujarat PG medical 2025 counselling process: 

• 12th Marksheet (For candidates who have done MBBS/BDS outside Gujarat)
• Marksheets of MBBS (all years)
• Internship completion certificate
• Copy of NEET PG 2025 result
• Provisional/Permanent Registration Certificate issued by the Medical Council of India/State Medical Council
• Marksheets of BDS (all years)
• Internship completion certificate
• Copy of NEET MDS 2025 result
• Provisional/Permanent Registration Certificate issued by the Dental Council of India/State Dental Council

Common to both:

• Proof of Date and Place of Birth (School leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate/ Passport/ Birth Certificate)
• Proof of Indian Citizenship (School leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate/ Passport/ Birth Certificate)
• Caste certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only (For SEBC, ST and SC Category)
• Non-creamy layer certificate (For SEBC Category)
• EWS certificate (If applicable) issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only dated on or after Dt.01/04/2021
• Disability Certificate (If applicable)
• Copy of Passport (For foreign nationals/OCI/PIOs)

*All Certificates are to be issued by competent authorities within the state of Gujarat only.

Candidates need to report to the verification centre along with the original copies of the documents listed above. The verification centre can be chosen during the registration process for Gujarat NEET PG/NEET MDS counselling 2025. Candidates must also choose the date and time for reporting to the verification centre beforehand.

Gujarat NEET PG Counselling Eligibility Criteria 2025

The eligibility criteria to participate in the Gujarat NEET PG counselling process 2025 for admission to MD/MS/Diploma/CPS & MDS courses is provided below: 

• The candidate must have completed the recognized MBBS or BDS course from university established under any law of Government of Gujarat and situated in the State of Gujarat.
• The candidate must have completed the recognized MBBS or BDS course from university established under any law of Government of India and situated in any State / Union territory of India / Out of India subject to fulfilling the Eligibility criteria of NMC, New Delhi/ Govt. of India and must have passed 12th Qualifying examination provided that school is located in the state of Gujarat. 
• Candidate must be born in Gujarat state/ be the Domicile of Gujarat state.
• The candidate must have completed a compulsory rotating internship on or before Dt. 11th August 2025

List of Help Centres for Gujarat NEET PG/MDS counselling 2025

ACPPGMEC prepares the merit list according to the marks obtained in the NEET PG 2025 for medical courses. ACPPGMEC releases separate merit lists for candidates of various categories for Gujarat NEET PG 2025 counselling. 

Reasons for not being included in the Gujarat PG Medical 2025 State Merit List

Many candidates who had registered for the counselling of Gujarat NEET PG 2025 or NEET MDS 2025, have not been included in the respective state merit lists. The reason for not being included in the state merit list can be any of the following:

• A candidate is not a citizen of India (excluding those eligible for NRI quota)
• The candidate did not qualify NEET PG 2025/NEET MDS 2025
• The university from which candidate had passed MBBS/BDS is outside the state of Gujarat (excluding those eligible under NRI and In-service quota)
• Failure to report for the document verification process at the help centre
• Internship was completed after March 31, 2025
• Declared unfit by the Medical Board
• Candidate was admitted through ACPPGMEC in MD/MS/MDS course in the past 3 academic years or Diploma course in past 2 academic years.

Gujarat NEET PG Choice Filling

Candidates who have been listed in the State Merit list can fill their choices of preferred course/college into the preference form. To submit their choices, they will have to login to the registered accounts on the official website of Gujarat PG medical 2025 counselling. There is no cap on the number of choices that can be submitted by a candidate. Thus, they are advised to fill in as many choices as they can before submitting the preference form.

The result for each round of Gujarat NEET PG/NEET MDS counselling 2025 is released in the form of a seat allotment list. The factors that are considered while preparing a seat allotment list are the marks obtained in NEET PG/NEET MDS, the position of the candidate in the state merit list and the choices filled by them in the preference form.

Confirmation of the Admission

Candidates who wish to retain the seat allotted to them during the counselling of Gujarat NEET PG/NEET MDS 2025 must follow the steps given below for confirmation of their admission.

1. Login to the registered account to book an appointment at the nearest Help Centre
2. Provide bank details for refunds (if any)
3. Download the allotment letter and fee challan
4. Pay the tuition fee/token amount (online/offline at nearest Axis Bank branch)
5. Download the payment receipt from ACPPGMEC portal
6. Visit the Help Centre at the designated date and time
7. Submit the documents in an 11x15 inch envelope with the following details written on it
