Gujarat NEET Counselling 2025: Round-3 Registration (Till Oct 14), Dates, Seat Matrix, Reporting

To participate in the admission process for Gujarat MBBS seats, a candidate needs to register on the official website of ACPUGMEC, medadmgujarat.org. However, the registration process can begin only after they purchase a PIN by paying INR 200 online. After completing the registration process, candidates will have to report to the nearest help centre for document verification. Eligible candidates will have to fill in their choices/preferences online and participate in the seat allotment process. The process of ACPUGMEC Gujarat NEET counselling is elaborated on below.

Registration

• Candidates who wish to apply for the counselling of Gujarat NEET 2025 have to register themselves on the official website, medadmgujarat.org
• To complete the registration, they will have to complete the application form and submit a registration fee

Preparation of Merit list

• The competent authority will prepare a merit list based on the ranks of the candidates who applied for Gujarat NEET counselling 2025
• This merit list will be uploaded on the official website and will be accessible to all

Choice filling

• Candidates whose name appears in the merit list of Gujarat NEET 2025 counselling have to log in to their registered accounts
• After logging into their accounts, they need to indicate their choices (courses/ colleges) in the desired order of preference
• They can choose as many colleges as he/ she desires
• The choices can be moved up or down in the list and can be added or deleted from the list
• After filling in the choices, the candidate must keep a copy of the filled-in choices for future reference
• Finally, they must lock and submit the choices

Allocation of seat

• The seats will be allocated based on the merit of the candidates and the choices filled by them
• The result of Gujarat NEET counselling 2025 or seat allocation list will be uploaded online

Reporting to the allocated institute

The candidate who has been allocated a seat in the counselling of Gujarat NEET 2025 needs to report to the allocated institute for the verification of documents and confirmation of the seat. The candidates who fail to report to the institute within the stipulated time, their candidature will be forfeited.

• They must be a citizen of India
• They must have qualified NEET 2025
• They must have passed Class 10 and Class 12 from
  • The Gujarat board, or
  • A CBSE board school located in the state of Gujarat
  • An ISCE board school located in the state of Gujarat

The tuition fee for a Management quota seat can be up to three times that of a government seat.
