Seat allotment result for MP NEET PG 2025 round-3 counselling will be announced at official website. Students will have to download MP round-3 result for NEET PG 2025 counselling from dme.mponline.gov.in.
Counselling is conducted by DME on behalf of the Government of Madhya Pradesh. MP NEET PG Counselling 2025: Eligibility Criteria
Domicile: Only those candidates who are domiciled in the state of Madhya Pradesh, or those who have passed MBBS/BDS from an institute located in the state of Madhya Pradesh can participate in MP PG medical 2025 counselling.
All the other candidates can apply for the counselling of MP NEET PG/MDS 2025, but they will be allowed to participate only after the first round. Such candidates will be considered for seat allotment only when all the local candidates have been allotted a seat.

MP PG medical counselling 2025: Counselling Process
Online Registration
Candidates who wish to participate in the counselling of MP NEET PG/MDS have to register online on the official website of DME. The registration window is opened twice, once before the first round of MP PG medical 2025 counselling and next before the mop-up round.
However, this registration is a one-time process. Candidates who have registered for the first round do not have to register for the mop-up round of MP NEET PG counselling 2025. The second registration window is to be used by only those candidates who could not enrol themselves before the first round of MP NEET PG/MDS 2025 counselling.
Candidates also have to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs 500 (irrespective of their category) to complete this process. Upon completion, candidates must save and print a copy of the filed MP PG medical 2025 application form
State Merit List
DME releases a list of the candidates who register for the counselling of MP NEET PG 2025/NEET MDS 2025, and found to be eligible for it. Candidates who have been included in this list are the only ones entitled to participate in the first and second round of MP NEET PG/MDS counselling.
Choice Filling and Locking
Candidates are advised to go through the fee structure of all the colleges and courses before filling them in the preference form. They must not fill choices—if allotted to them—they will not be able to join such institutes. Also, a candidate is free to fill in as many choices as they want in the preference form.
Locking the choices before the last date is important. If a candidate fails to lock the choices filled, the system will take into account the last choices that were saved by the candidate.
MP NEET 2025 Seat Allotment
The competent authority allocates seats on the basis of the choices filled by the candidates and their position in the state merit list. Individual seat allotment lists are released for each round of MP NEET PG/MDS 2025 counselling. Round-1 and round-2 seat allotment result were announced online.
Reporting to the allocated institute
Candidates will have to report in person after allotment of seats. They will have to carry original certificates and allotment letter at the time of reporting. They also need to pay the academic fees for the respective institute online for confirmation of their admission.
