MP NEET PG 2025 counselling will be held online by Directorate of Medical Education (DME), MP.  MP NEET PG counselling 2025 dates and schedule will be released soon along with the official brochure. Candidates will have to register at official website, dme.mponline.gov.in and submit application form for MP postgraduate medical courses 2025. NEET PG 2025 result has already been released on August 19, 2025.

For registration, candidates need to create profile first by providing NEET PG 2025 roll number, secret key, and captcha. Candidates have to register online and declare choice for college and course to participate in counselling. Based on choice declaration and other factors, the seat allotment result is announced. 

The counselling is conducted by the Department of Medical Education (DME) on behalf of the Government of Madhya Pradesh. Candidates who qualify NEET PG 2025 exam with the minimum cut off will be elligible to participate in the MP NEET PG 2025 counselling. Through counselling, candidates will be getting admission to 830 MD/MS/PG Diploma and 313 MDS seats.

Yes. Registration and submission of NEET PG application is mandatory to participate in MP NEET PG counselling. Candidates will have to register on the official website, dme.mponline.gov.in. Candidates must note only those who qualify NEET PG exam can participate in the state counselling for seat allotment. Based on details submitted in registration form, a merit list will be released, comprising shortlisted candidates.

Online Registration

Candidates who wish to participate in the counselling of MP NEET PG/MDS have to register online on the official website of DME. The registration window is opened twice, once before the first round of MP PG medical 2025 counselling and next before the mop-up round.

However, this registration is a one-time process. Candidates who have registered for the first round do not have to register for the mop-up round of MP NEET PG counselling 2025. The second registration window is to be used by only those candidates who could not enrol themselves before the first round of MP NEET PG/MDS 2025 counselling.

Candidates also have to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs 500 (irrespective of their category) to complete this process. Upon completion, candidates must save and print a copy of the filed MP PG medical 2025 application form

State Merit List

DME releases a list of the candidates who register for the counselling of MP NEET PG 2025/NEET MDS 2025, and found to be eligible for it. Candidates who have been included in this list are the only ones entitled to participate in the first and second round of MP NEET PG/MDS counselling.

Choice Filling and Locking

Candidates are advised to go through the fee structure of all the colleges and courses before filling them in the preference form. They must not fill choices—if allotted to them—they will not be able to join such institutes. Also, a candidate is free to fill in as many choices as they want in the preference form.

Locking the choices before the last date is important. If a candidate fails to lock the choices filled, the system will take into account the last choices that were saved by the candidate.

MP NEET 2025 Seat Allotment

The competent authority allocates seats on the basis of the choices filled by the candidates and their position in the state merit list. Individual seat allotment lists are released for each round of MP NEET PG/MDS 2025 counselling.

Reporting to the allocated institute

Candidates will have to report in person after allotment of seats. They will have to carry original certificates at the time of reporting. They also need to pay the academic fees for the respective institute online for confirmation of their admission.

Fee Deposition

The last step in the admission process is the deposition of the academic fee for confirmation of admission. Candidates are required to pay this fee online. They can use a credit card/debit card/net banking to pay the fee. They can also use multiple modes of payment to pay the required sum of money.

MP NEET PG Counselling: Elligibility Criteria

Domicile: Only those candidates who are domiciled in the state of Madhya Pradesh, or those who have passed MBBS/BDS from an institute located in the state of Madhya Pradesh can participate in the first round of MP PG medical 2025 counselling.

All the other candidates can apply for the counselling of MP NEET PG/MDS 2025, but they will be allowed to participate only after the first round. Such candidates will be considered for seat allotment only when all the local candidates have been allotted a seat.

  • The applicant must have qualified NEET PG 2025
  • He/she must have passed MBBS from an institute recognised by MCI
  • He/she must have completed the compulsory rotatory internship on or before March 31, 2025

MP NEET MDS counselling

  • The applicant must have qualified NEET MDS 2025
  • He/she must have passed BDS from an institute recognised by DCI
  • He/she must have completed the compulsory rotatory internship on or before March 31, 2025
