No. DGME, UP will announce round-3 seat allotment result for UP NEET 2025 counselling on October 27, 2025. The seat allotment result will be uploaded on the official website, upneet.gov.in. After seat allotment candidates will have to report for document verification.

Choice filling for round-1 UP NEET 2025 counselling began on August 11, 2025 as per the revised schedule. Last date to declare choices was August 13, 2025. It must be noted, choices have to be locked in the given deadline. DGME, UP announced round-1 UP NEET 2025 counselling result on August 14, 2025

Revised UP NEET 2025 merit list for round-3 was released on October 16, 2025. The merit list was uploaded online in PDF format. Candidates included in the merit list will have to declare choices for round-3 seat allotment. Choices can be declared from October 17 till October 24, 2025.
