ICSI CS Exam: June 2026 Enrollment (Begins), December 2025 Professional, Executive Result (OUT), June 2026 Time Table (OUT)

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, constituted under the Company Secretaries Act, 1980, is a government-recognized body that produces Company Secretaries in India. The course of Company Secretaryship was introduced in 1960 by the Company Law Board. The ICSI was created in 1968 and took over from the Company Law Board to conduct the exam. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) was then converted into a statutory body w.e.f. 1.1.1981 under the Company Secretaries Act, 1980. The CS certification includes three levels of which one has to appear for three exams:

• CSEET

• Executive Programme

• Professional Programme

The ICSI declares the result for ICSI CS exam online. Registered candidates are required to enter their registration id and roll number to download the result/scorecard. The ICSI CS result mentions the candidate's personal details and marks obtained in each subject. CS Professional December 2025 result and CS Executive December 2025 result has been declared. CS Executive Application Form 2026

ICSI CS Executive exam registration is ongoing for the Dec 2026 session (both groups). CS Executive 2026 registration is open throughout the year for the exam conducted in June and December.

CS Professional Application Form 2026

ICSI CS Professional registration Dec 2026 for both groups is ongoing till May 31, 2026. The CS Professional application form 2026 is also available throughout the year.

Executive Programme Eligibility

• Now CSEET will be a mandatory qualifying test for all categories of students for registration to the Executive Programme, except a few exempted categories. 

• The candidate's age must not be less than 17 years on the date of application
• To be eligible for CSEET, candidates must have completed Class 12 
• Graduate/Post Graduate candidates who were eligible to seek registration directly to the Executive Programme will also have to qualify CSEET to become eligible for registration to Executive Programme. 

The following categories of students are exempted from qualifying CSEET and can seek registration directly to the Executive Programme: 

Qualifying Cut off 

Candidates need to secure an aggregate of 50% and a minimum of 40% in each subject in CSEET. 

Professional Programme Eligibility

Professional Programme is the final level in Company Secretaryship. Candidates who have cleared their Foundation and Executive Programmes are eligible to undertake the Professional Programme.

Eligibility:

• The candidate is supposed to register for the Professional Programme nine months prior to the month in which the examination commences to be able to be admitted to the programme.
• A candidate registered six months prior to the examination month may be allowed to appear in any one or two modules of the Professional Programme.
• The candidate must have undergone postal or oral tuition for the modules in which he/she intends to appear in the examination.

Here’s an overview:

Qualifying cutoff:    
For all Modules:

• A candidate will be declared passed if he/she secures in one sitting a minimum of 40 per cent in each of the papers and 40 per cent in aggregate of all the papers.
• A candidate will be declared passed is he/she has passed any one or more modules of the Professional examination under old syllabus and secures in one sitting at least 40% marks in each of the remaining papers and 50% marks in aggregate.

For one Module:

• The candidate is required to secure a minimum of 40% marks in each of the papers and 50% per cent marks in aggregate, which will be declared ‘pass’ in the Professional Programme.
• If a candidate who has failed in one subject, but got a minimum of 60% of total marks of remaining subjects of the module, shall be declared ‘pass’ if he/she secures a minimum of 50% interest. 

ICSI begins the CS Executive, Professional exam enrollment soon after the declaration of results for previous session. Candidates willing to appear for the ICSI CS June 2026 session must enroll for the exam on or before the last date. Candidates will be required to pay the examination fee per module. ICSI CS June 2026 enrollment is ongoing.

ICSI CS June 2026 Enrollment Dates

Institute of Company Secretaries of India will release the CS admit card 2026 examination online at icsi.edu. Only registered candidates can CS Executive June 2026 admit card or CS Professional June 2026 hall ticket online. Candidates will be required to enter the login details to download the admit card. The ICSI CS admit card is an important document that has to be carried on the day of the examination.
