CBSE Introduces Integrated Payment System for Class 10, 12 Supplementary Exams
CBSE has introduced an Integrated Payment System for Class 10 and 12 supplementary exams 2025 to streamline payments for examiners and centres.
Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has intruduced an Integrated Payment System (IPS) to manage payments linked to Class 10 and Class 12 Supplementary Board Examinations 2024-25. New system has been introduced to streamline remuneration and other exam related payments related to supplementary exams.
IPS will be used for payments related to practical examinations, examination centre duties, spot evaluation and marking work for the 2025 supplementary board exams. CBSE in its notice has mentioned that this will ensure smoother processing and timely disbursal of payments to exam functionaries.
Board has activated four dedicated modules on IPS portal, IPS Practical, IPS Centre Payment, IPS Spot Evaluation and IPS Marking Scheme, specifically for supplementary examinations. These modules will cover all payment components associated with Class 10 and Class 12 supplementary exam duties.
Schools designated as examination centres have been asked to access IPS portal and complete data entry without delay. CBSE has emphasised that accurate bank account details of examiners and other functionaries must be uploaded to avoid errors in payment.

Yes, the board has made certain changes in the CBSE exam pattern 2026. For CBSE Class 10 Board Exams 2026, question papers will include 40% MCQs (multiple choice questions). 20% will be competency-based questions and the remaining 40% will be subjective or short/long answer type questions. CBSE Class 10 Science and SST ques papers will also be divided into different sections and students need to answer them accordingly.
CBSE has also made it mandatory for principals to personally verify all details before final submission on portal. CBSE has warned that incorrect bank information could result in payments being credited to the wrong individual, and rectifying such cases later could be difficult.
