GATE 2024 February 10 Live Updates: CS, AE, AG, BT, MT, NM, TF Paper Analysis, Cutoff, Answer Key

IISc Bangalore will conduct the GATE 2024 EC and EE Paper tomorrow, February 11. The exam will be conducted in various cities across the country.

IISc Bangalore will release the GATE Answer Key 2024 on February 21. Candidates will be able to download the answer key by login to the website gate2024.iisc.ac.in.

As per the initial reaction of the students who appeared in the exam today, the GATE exam for CS in shifts 1 and 2 was moderately challenging. High weightage was given to COA, P-DS, OS, CN, and related topics.

IISc Bangalore will release the candidate response sheet of GATE 2024 on February 16. Candidates will be able to download their response sheets by login to GOAPS portal.

IISc Bangalore will conduct the GATE 2024 exam on February 11 for Electronics (EC) and Electrical Engineering (EE). The exam will be held in two shifts from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

The second shift of GATE 2024 February 10 exam has concluded. In second shift, GATE 2024 paper of Computer Science, Statistics and Engineering Science was conducted. GATE 2024 Paper analysis will be OUT soon.

IISc Bangalore will release the official GATE Answer Key 2024 on February 21. Before the release of official answer key, many coaching institutes will release memory-based GATE 2024 CS question paper and answer key soon. 

IISc Bangalore will release the GATE 2024 Result on March 16. Before the announcement of results, GATE Answer Key will be released on February 21.

The second shift of the GATE 2024 February 10 exam has started. In second shift, GATE paper of CS2, ST, XE, and XL will be conducted.

Candidates will soon be provided here GATE 2024 Paper Analysis for CS, AE, AG, BT, MT, NM, and TF. Various coaching institutes will release memory based question paper and GATE Answer key shortly.

The GATE 2024 February 10 shift 1 exam for  CS, AE, AG, BT, MT, NM, and TF will conclude at 12:30 pm. Students will be provided here exam analysis post conclusion of paper. 

Candidates will be provided here GATE Paper Analysis for CS after the conclusion of the exam. Coaching institutes will also release memory-based question paper with answer key for GATE 2024 CS Paper February 10.

The GATE shift 1 reporting timing starts at 8 AM. However, the entry gates for shift 1 will open at 8:30 AM. The GATE exam time shift 1 is 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

As per the GATE guidelines, PwD/Dyslexic (similar learning disabilities) candidates with scribes are eligible for a compensatory time of 60 minutes. The compensatory time will be provided automatically and will be displayed on the candidate’s console.

The first shift of GATE 2024 February 10 exam has started. In shift 1, AE, AG, BT, CS1, MT, NM, TF papers are being conducted.

IISc Bangalore has not provided any specific GATE exam dress code. However, candidates should keep the following pointers in mind:

• Do not wear any metallic items, jewellery or ornaments such as rings, watches, and belts.
• Avoid wearing clothing with multiple pockets.
• Do not wear a cap/muffler or any cloth to cover the head.
• Wear lightweight and comfortable clothes to avoid any discomfort during the exam.

GATE 2024 exam will have a total of 65 questions carrying 100 marks, out of which 10 questions carrying a total of 15 marks will be of General Aptitude (GA). In the papers bearing the codes AE, AG, BT, CE, CH, CS, EC, EE, IN, ME, MN, MT, PI, TF and XE, the General Aptitude and Engineering Mathematics will carry around 28% of the total marks and the remaining 72% of the total marks is devoted to the subject of the paper. In the papers bearing the codes AR, CY, EY, GG, MA, PH, XH and XL, the General Aptitude section will carry 15% of the total marks and the remaining 85% of the total marks is devoted to the subject of the paper.

Candidates are required to carry a GATE admit card 2024 along with an original ID proof for entry inside the exam hall. Documents that can be carried as valid ID proof along with the GATE admit card are

• PAN Card
• Driving License
• Passport
• Voter ID
• Aadhaar card
• College ID or Employee ID

Entry inside the exam centre has started at 7:30 am. Candidates can enter the exam centre and occupy their seats. Candidates will be allowed to login on the computer 20 minutes before the actual start time of exam.
