JEE Main 2020 BTech exam day 3; NTA to conduct Paper 1 at various centres across India

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is conducting Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2020 April/September session exam for BTech aspirants (Paper-1) for Day 4 in two shifts. The forenoon session begins from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm while the afternoon session shift will be held from 3:00 to 6 pm.
Due to ongoing COVID-19 conditions across country, JEE Main aspirants appearing for the entrance examinaton must read JEE Main 2020 exam day instructions and guidelines released by NTA. These fresh instructions were released along with the JEE Main 2020 admit card that are mandatory to be followed by examination centres' and students.
The authority also released a Self Declaration (Undertaking) form with the JEE Main 2020 hall ticket which is to be filled by candidates appearing for the exam. This Self Declaration form will have necessary details that will notify the authorities regarding students' health status and travel history.Β
The exam authority is following precautionary measures to conduct the JEE Main 2020 April/September session entrance exam during the COVID-19 pandemic which includes, social distancing, proper instructions for entry/exit, less contact, staggered entry and assuring the safety of students from infection.

JEE Main 2020: Things students must carry
Students taking the exam must keep a check on these below important documents to the JEE Main 2020 exam centre:
- Duly filled and unsigned JEE Main self undertaking form
- JEE Main 2020 hall ticket
- One passport size photograph same as admit card
- A valid Photo ID Proof in original such as a PAN card/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhaar Card (With photograph), etc
- Transparent ball point pen

Transparent water bottle (if required)
The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main entrance examination is conducted by NTA every year for admission to BE/BTech/BArch/BPlanning courses. The exam is held twice a year in two sessions, January and April. The JEE Main 2020 exam is India's one of the biggest engineering exams and a gateway to take admission to IITs/NITs.
