National Testing Agency will start JEE Main registration 2026 in October for January session exam. Candidates can get JEE Main registration link at jeemain.nta.nic.in. JEE Main registration dates have not yet been announced. It is expected that NTA will soon release detailed notification along with exam and JEE Main 2026 registration dates for session 1. According to notice pdf released earlier, Joint Entrance Examination Main 2026 exam will be held in two sessions January and April 2026.

Those who have passed class 12th or are appearing for exam will be eligible to fill out JEE Main 2026 application form. Candidates must also ensure that their Aadhaar card, UDID card (for persons with disabilities), and category certificates (EWS/ SC/ ST/ OBC-NCL) are updated before filling out JEE Main registration form.

How to fill JEE Main 2026 Application Form?

NTA JEE Main registration can be done online at official website. Candidates can check steps below to know how to fill JEE Main application form for January session: 

  • Go to website: jeemain.nta.nic.in
  • On homepage, scroll and click on JEE Main Session 1 registration link 
  • Complete registration to generate JEE Main login credentials
  • Login again to fill out JEE Main online form
  • Upload documents and pay specified fee
  • Submit JEE Main form and download confirmation page 

Documents Required for JEE Mains 2026 Registration

Candidates must keep list of documents provided below ready for JEE Mains Registration: 

  • Valid and personal email and mobile number
  • Class 10 and 12 certificates. They have to upload only Class 10 certificate in JEE Mains application form
  • Details of Aadhar card
  • Scanned photograph and signature 
  • Category certificate (if applicable)
  • Scanned copy of PwD/PwBD certificate (if applicable)
