JEE Main 2026 Notification - The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the first notification on JEE Mains 2026 on the website, nta.ac.in. The public notice, dated September 29, communicates 3 key details on the JEE Main exam 2026. The authority has announced the official website for JEE Main 2026, jeemain.nta.nic.in. The official website will be used to communicate all the updates on the exam. Candidates will be able to access the online registration link, syllabus pdf, information brochure, exam schedule and more on the official website. NTA has also announced the tentative JEE Main 2026 exam schedule. The registration will commence in October 2025, while the exam will be held in its usual, bi-annual format. The JEE Main 2026 exam will be held in January and April 2026. JEE Main Exam Date 2026
The JEE Main 2026 exam will be conducted in January (Session 1) and April (Session 2). The authority will announce the detailed JEE Main exam schedule 2026 through its notifications. The JEE Main dates will also include the schedules for registration, admit card, result and other related events. Any changes to the JEE Main 2026 exam schedule will be announced through the official notification on the JEE website itself. NTA will release the JEE Main 2026 dates on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in. The session 1 exam will likely be conducted in January last week. The JEE Main 2026 exam date session 2 will be April first week. The JEE Main 2026 application form will be released in november. JEE Main city intimation slip 2026 will be available on the NTA official website jeemain.nta.ac.in tentatively in the third week of January for the session 1 exam. JEE Mains City slip have details about the JEE Main exam city in which the candidate is allotted the centre to appear in the exam and the date of exam. It helps candidates to plan their travel to the JEE Main exam centre in advance. JEE Main city intimation slip is different from the admit card.
JEE Main aspirants who are Diabetic are allowed to carry sugar tablets, fruits like bananas, oranges, or apples, and a transparent water bottle as per NTA. Diabetic students are advised to keep a check on their health before and in between the exams to avoid any health issues.

JEE Main Syllabus PDF
The JEE Main 2026 syllabus pdf will be published on the website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. The authority will release the JEE Main syllabus for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, comprising all the topics that will be tested in the exam. It is important for students to prepare as per the syllabus to make sure they cover all the topics. Last year, the authorities made major changes to the JEE Main exam pattern by removing the optional questions from Section B making all the questions in the paper compulsory. NTA is expected to prepare this year’s JEE Main question paper in a similar format. However, any changes to the syllabus or pattern will be informed through the NTA JEE notification 2026.

Yes the SRMJEEE paper pattern is similar to JEE Main however, the difficulty level is not equivalent to JEE main and the question paper is adjusted to moderate level difficulty level which will be easy for most students.
