CAT 2020 Registration Ends Today at 5 PM; Apply Now

Today is the last date to apply for CAT 2020. Candidates must fill the CAT application form and make the fee payment before 5:00 PM.

The CAT 2020 registration process is set to conclude today by 5 PM. As announced earlier by IIM Indore, there will be no further extension of CAT registration. So, candidates who are yet to fill the CAT 2020 application form must log on to the official website IIMCAT and complete the registration process.

CAT registration 2020 began on August 5 and was scheduled to conclude on September 16 but was extended till September 23. The CAT admit card 2020 will be issued on October 28.

This year a few changes have been introduced in the CAT exam. This year, CAT exam will be conducted in three slots and the duration of the test will be 120 minutes. The sectional time limit will be 40 minutes for each section. However, no change in the total number of questions has been announced yet. The candidates will have to most likely wait for release of CAT tutorial to know how many questions will be there in CAT 2020. The CAT tutorial 2020 will be released in October.

CAT 2020 Registration Process: How to Apply?

CAT application forms are to be submitted in online mode only. Check the CAT 2020 registration process below:

• Open the official CAT website in a new window (iimcat.ac.in)
• Click on Register
• Enter name, date of birth, email ID, phone number and nationality
• Click to generate OTP
• An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number  
• Verify registration by entering the OTP in the given field 
• After verification, login in again using the CAT ID
• Enter fields with required information
• Upload scanned photograph and signature
• Select MBA programmes and preferred IIMs
• Select six cities for CAT exam centre allotment
• Make fee payment via net banking or credit/debit card
