MAH CET 2021 exam for MBA/MMS admission is conducted in the month of March every year. However, this year it has been delayed by over four months and the registration process hasn’t begun yet. MAH CET MBA is conducted by Maharashtra State CET for admission to MBA/MMS programmes offered by over 300 MBA colleges in the state.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak last year, the MAH CET counselling process was delayed by over five months. The process was completed as late as January 2021. Thus it was expected that MAH CET 2021 registrations which begin in January will be delayed by a couple of months. But, by March 2021, the sudden spike in COVID-19 cases in Maharashtra and lockdown in April and May, the MAH CET process got further delayed.
Now that Maharashtra is gradually unlocking, it is expected that educational activities will restart. The state education minister Uday Samant recently informed that MHT CET for BTech admissions will be conducted by end of July end or beginning of August, so one can expect MAH CET for MBA courses to be conducted around the same time. The MAH CET 2021 dates can be expected to be announced soon.
MAH CET 2021 Application Process for MBA
The MAH CET 2021 application process is online. Candidates can fill the MAH CET 2021 application form online by paying requisite fees. Given below is the application process of MAH CET 2021 in brief:
- Open the State CET website
- Click on ‘MAH MBA/MMS 2021’
- Go to ‘apply now’ link
- Enter name, email ID, phone number, etc. to get registered
- Login again with the newly created ID
- Fill the MAH CET 2021 application form
- Upload scanned signature and passport size photo
- Click on Submit to move to fee payment window
- Pay fees via debit/credit card or net banking
