BPSC 71st CCE Notification 2025: The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has issued the notification for the Bihar Integrated 71st Combined Competitive Examination (CCE), announcing the recruitment of 1,250 vacancies across various departments of the state government. The BPSC 71st CCE registration for preliminary exam can be done online from today at the official website.

The last date to complete BPSC 71st registration is June 30, 2025. As per the BPSC 71st CCE notification 2025, the tentative date for the Preliminary Exam is August 30, 2025. Notably, no vacancies have been announced for the key positions of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) and Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), which are usually among the most sought-after roles in the examination.

Who are eligible for BPSC 71st CCE 2025 Prelims Exam?

To be eligible for the BPSC 71st CCE, candidates must have completed a graduation or equivalent degree from a recogniSed university. The minimum age requirement varies between 21 and 22 years, depending on the specific service. The upper age limit is 37 years for Unreserved (Male) candidates, 40 years for Unreserved (Female), Backward Classes, and Extremely Backward Classes (both male and female), and 42 years for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (both male and female).

How to Apply For BPSC 71st CCE 2025 Prelims Exam?

Eligible candidates can submit the BPSC CCE Prelims application form online. They are advised to follow the step-by-step instructions to complete the application process for the BPSC 71st CCE exam.

Step 1: Go to BPSC’s official websites: onlinebpsc.bihar.gov.in or bpsc.bih.nic.in

Step 2: New users are required to complete a one-time registration, while existing users can simply log in with their credentials

Step 3: Now, select the exam and fill out the BPSC application form

Step 4: Upload all the documents and pay the category-wise application fee

Step 5: Sumit the form and take a printout of it for future references

Candidates applying for the BPSC CCE are required to pay a biometric fee of INE 200 for each exam (i.e., 71st CCE and FAO), along with the applicable exam fee for each exam as per their category: INR 600 for General and other category candidates, and INR 150 for SC/ST candidates of Bihar, all female candidates who are permanent residents of Bihar (irrespective of category), and Divyang (PwD) candidates with 40% or more disability.
