
BPSC is expected to release the Bihar PCS Result 2025 in October (Soon). According to the BPSC CCE 2025 official notification, the BPSC Exam Pattern 2025 includes a three-stage selection process. First, BPSC Prelims Exams (Screening test), qualified candidates go for the BPSC Mains Exam, and then the last Interview.
The final cut-off of the BPSC 71st CCE exam 2025 will be based on the combined score of the mains and interview. Qualified candidates get selected for various Group A and Group B posts based on preference and cut-off.

BPSC Prelims 2025 is an objective-type paper, which is a screening test to select candidates for the next stage. At the Prelims Stage, candidates sit for the one paper- General Studies. Total exam duration is 2 hours. Check the BPSC prelims exam pattern below.

BPSC Exam Pattern 2025- Mains
In the BPSC Mains exam, 1st paper is General Hindi, which is a qualifying exam(candidates are required to score at least 30% marks) to move forward. BPSC Interview Exam Pattern
The next stage will be the Interview for a total of 120 marks. The final BPSC cut-off 2025 will be based on the cumulative score of Mains and Interview, which is 1020 marks. An interview is a personality test in which a board member appointed by the commission checks various traits and characteristics and scores them based on that.
