The DAF-2 must be submitted till December 15, 2023.

The candidates should note that UPSC takes around two months to declare the UPSC main result. The UPSC CSE (IAS) 2023 main exam was conducted in September and hence the result is expected anytime now. - Download the UPSC IAS result 2023 pdf for future reference.
The candidates should understand that if the desired name/roll number of the candidates is not found in the UPSC 2023 Result PDF, it implies that such a candidate is not selected for the UPSC 2023 interview stage.

UPSC 2023 Cutoff
The Union Public Service Commission does not release the UPSC 2023 Cutoff with the result. The Commission does it to avoid unnecessary litigations about the cutoff marks. The Commission will release the UPSC Cutoff in May - June 2024 after the declaration of the final result.
UPSC 2023 Answer Key
The Union Public Service Commission does not release the Civil Service (IAS) prelims answer key after the exam. The Commission releases the UPSC Prelims answer key after the declaration of the final result.
UPSC 2023 Marks and Scorecard
The candidates should note the UPSC 2023 Marks and Scorecard will be released after the declaration of the final result. The Commission will release the marks and scorecard of the qualified candidates first (UPSC toppers) and then after some time, it will release the UPSC scorecard of all the candidates.
UPSC 2023 Vacancies
The candidates should note that the Union Public Service Commission released 1,105 vacancies for the UPSC CSE 2023 exam. The number of vacancies in the UPSC 2023 exam has been highest in recent years. The higher number of vacancies does not imply a lower cutoff in the IAS main exam.
