CG BSc Nursing Exam Analysis 2025

CG BSc Nursing 2025 was conducted by CG Vyapam on May 29, 2025. The Chhattisgarh BSc nursing exam was held in offline mode (pen and paper-based exam). The exam was held in the morning shift from 10:00 am to 12:00 PM. As per the initial student feedback, the exam was of "Moderate to Tough" difficulty level. After the exam concluded, candidates were given the question booklet.

CG BSc Nursing Exam Analysis 2025

The CG BSc Nursing 2025 entrance exam had 100 MCQ questions. There were five sections, namely, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Nursing Aptitude, and English in the exam. Each section carried 20 questions to test the aptitude of the candidates. Let’s find out the analysis of each section here:

CG BSc Nursing Chemistry Section

The CG BSc Nursing chemistry section was of "Moderate" difficulty level. The chemistry section questions were of NEET and JEE level. As per the expert analysis, a good attempt would be 15 out of 20 questions. There were 3 questions from the Surface chemistry topics (which is a deleted chapter from the syllabus). Overall, 4-5 questions were Tough in the entrance exam.

CG BSc Nursing Physics Section

The CG BSc Nursing physics section paper was tricky. It involved 2-3 statement questions, which were lengthy and time-consuming. There were application-based questions that were of "Moderate" difficulty level. Overall, the physics section comprises memory-based questions. Only 4-5 questions were calculation-based in this section. Questions from topics such as Semiconductors, Ray Optics, Doppler Effect (Deleted topic), Circuit, Magnetic field, and similar areas were present in the exam. A good attempt of 15/20 questions will lead to a good percentile.  

CG BSc Nursing Aptitude Section, English Section, and Biology Section were of ‘Easy to Moderate’ difficulty level.

Experts say that the CG BSc Nursing 2025 exam was of “Moderate to Tough” difficulty level. Therefore, a good attempt in each section is as mentioned below:

CG BSc Nursing Expected Cutoff 2025

As the CG BSc Nursing exam was of "moderate to tough" difficulty level, the CG BSc Nursing cutoff is expected to go LOW this year. Candidates who have attempted Physics and Chemistry sections with a good score will be able to score High in the BSc nursing exam.

CG BSc Nursing Expected Result Date 2025

Candidates can expect the CG BSc nursing answer key to be released in the second week of June 2025. Initially, CPEB will release a provisional answer key, which will be open for challenge from the candidates. CPEB will release the CG BSc nursing 2025 result in the fourth week of June 2025, as per the trend of the previous years.

CG BSc Nursing Admission Process 2025

After the result announcement, CG Vyapam will float the counselling schedule for the candidates. Candidates would be required to apply for the CG BSc Nursing counselling to seek admission to the preferred nursing institute. Candidates who clear the CG BSc Nursing cutoff and whose names appear in the CG BSc Nursing merit list will be called for the counselling.
