PGIMER BSc Nursing result 2025 has been declared on August 9, 2025. The result was prepared by the conducting body, PGIMER Chandigarh. Candidates will be able to access the PGIMER BSc Nursing results online by visiting the official website. The result is available in the form of a scorecard based on the performance of the candidate in the national-level entrance exam. Using the roll number and password, candidates can download the PGIMER BSc Nursing result, which is available for download in the PDF format. The BSc nursing result, present in the form of a merit list, was prepared according to the categories of reservation. The PGIMER BSc Nursing result provides information such as the candidate’s name, roll number, qualifying status, and marks obtained.

PGIMER BSc Nursing counselling 2025 will be organised and conducted by PGIMER, Chandigarh, from August 11, 2025, to August 18, 2025. The PGIMER will invite all the shortlisted candidates for counselling. Candidates will have to prove their eligibility as the eligibility criteria by producing all the mandatory documents. The conducting body will verify the documents in the original and their self-attested photocopies. PGIMER Chandigarh will organise the counselling, and all the invited candidates have to report to the venue of the counselling on the allotted date and time. No candidate will be entertained on any other day besides the allotted date.

PGIMER BSc nursing admit card has been issued by the conducting body, PGI Chandigarh on July 20, 2025. Candidates whose application forms were successfully accepted by the conducting body can download the hall ticket. The PGIMER BSc Nursing 2025 admit card is available online. Candidates need to visit the official website of the PGIMER, Chandigarh to access the same. It will be mandatory to provide application number and password to access the PGIMER BSc nursing admit card. The admit card will be available in downloadable PDF format.

After downloading the PGIMER BSc nursing admit card, it is advised that one must check all the details mentioned on it to avoid any issues at the examination hall. The candidates must carry the PGIMER BSc nursing admit card to the exam centre on the day of the exam. No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall without the admit card. The conducting body will not send the admit card to any candidate via post.

PGIMER BSc Nursing eligibility criteria are important for candidates to understand before applying for the entrance exam. The PGIMER BSc Nursing exam 2025 is a national-level exam and is conducted for admissions to undergraduate-level courses, BSc nursing, and Post-basic nursing and requires separate eligibility criteria for the respective courses. To apply for the national-level exam, candidates must comply with the eligibility criteria mentioned below:

For BSc Nursing (Four years)

• For the BSc nursing programme, only female candidates will be eligible to apply
• The aspirant should have passed the class 12 examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English subjects or any other equivalent examination with at least 50 percent marks in aggregate
• Aspirants appearing for the class 12 exam in April/May 2025 will also eligible to apply
• The maximum age of the candidate should not exceed more than 25 years and not less than 17 years in the year of admission

For BSc Nursing Post-Basic

• The aspirant should have passed the class 12 examination or equivalent
• The candidate should have completed General Nursing and Midwifery with a minimum of 50 percent marks in aggregate
• The aspirant should have three years of experience in nursing or public health nursing with the state/central government or any recognized hospital or institute
• The maximum age of the candidate should not be exceeding more than 45 years

PGIMER BSc Nursing application process 2025 for BSc Nursing and post-basic BSc programmes was conducted on the official website. The PGIMER Chandigarh accepted the application forms till June 30, 2025. The PGIMER BSc Nursing application form for the BSc nursing programme was released via online mode on the official website, http://pgimer.edu.in/. PGIMER, Chandigarh, will not release the application form via offline mode. Candidates were allowed to apply online by visiting the official website of PGIMER, Chandigarh.

The candidates first need to register themselves by furnishing details such as their name, date of birth, a valid email ID, and an active mobile number. Applicants had to provide all the mandatory details in the application form after the registration process and then upload the image and the signature. The application fee payment was the last and most important step of the process. The conducting body has the right to not accept any application form if the fee is not paid. The application process was only considered completed after the application fee was paid. 

While filling out the PGIMER BSc Nursing application form, candidates are advised to choose the exam centre carefully, as the PGIMER, Chandigarh, does not allow any change in the exam centre later on. Also, the candidate must try to upload a recent photograph in the application form.
