PGIMER BSc (Post-Basic) Nursing and PGIMER BSc (Hons.) Nursing are two different courses offered by PGIMER Chandigarh. The BSc (Post-Basic) Nursing is a two-year programme and the question paper will be based on the syllabi taught during the GNM course while the BSc (Hons.) nursing course is a four-year undergraduate level programme and the entrance exam is based on the syllabus taught in class 12. The PGIMER BSc Nursing entrance exam is expected to be held in July 2025.

PGIMER BSc (Hons.) Nursing Syllabus 2025

The syllabus for the BSc (Hons.) Nursing is the same as in class 12. There will be Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) and candidates have to choose one answer out of the four given options. The institute has not announced the fees for the AY 2025-26. When PGIMER will announce the fee, students will be able to pay it using debit or credit card. Last year, the application fee for this course was INR 1,500 for the general and OBC categories and INR 1,200 for the SC/ST category.

PGIMER does not accept the NEET UG score. You need to appear in the PGIMER BSc Nursing exam separately for the BSc Nursing program. The PGIMER  BSc nursing result will be published on the official website, pgimer.edu.in. Candidates can also check the result by providing their login ID to download the scorecard when issued by PGIMER.
