Good infrastructure and faculty.
Placements: Approximately 43% of students were placed. highest package offered was 6.24 LPA (INR 624,000). Average package was 2.75 LPA. Lowest package isn't officially reported, but student-source reviews suggest a figure in the range of 2.0-3.0 LPA, especially in BCA or B.Com streams.
Infrastructure: Entire campus, including classrooms, seminar halls, auditorium, library, and offices, is Wi-Fi enabled. Key academic spaces, such as 7 classrooms and central offices, have LAN access. CCTV monitoring is also in place. Classrooms come equipped with LCD projectors, collar microphones, pen tables, smart boards, and AV systems. Dedicated computer labs, a combined computer/language lab, and specialized department labs (e.g., biotech, statistics, Chemistry, Physics, plant tissue culture, microbiology, computer Science) support hands-on learning.
Faculty: Teachers at St. Xavier's College, Ahmedabad, are generally helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable, offering conceptual clarity and guidance when approached. Course curriculum is relevant, especially in arts and commerce streams, and helps build a strong academic foundation, though practical industry exposure could be improved. Semester exams are moderately difficult, focusing more on understanding than write learning, and the pass percentage is high, around 85-90% with regular study and attendance.
Other: Many students selected SXCA for its strong brand value, especially in Economics, B.A., B.Com (management/BPS), Psychology, and B.A. Students report that admission into these streams is competitive due to limited seats and high merit cutoffs (often above 85%) 657-0. Its reputation for qualified faculty, especially in humanities and psychology, stands out. Lots of reviews mention professors offering proper direction and conceptual clarity.

It is an average college.
Placements: Very few companies from the chemical sector visit our campus to hire students. Most students get placed at IT companies. Banks also offer a salary of Rs. 15,000 per month. The placement cell is active but doesn't do justice to the stream we opted for.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are fine. Chemistry labs have all the equipment but are not clean. They charge us if any equipment is broken. We have to go and buy our own test tubes.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. They are qualified and knowledgeable. Many internals are conducted that are absolutely unnecessary. The course curriculum is huge. Teachers don't give us much time to make us understand. They show PPTs and complete them as soon as possible.

I would not recommend you to take admission here.
Placements: There was a campus placement at our college, and it was announced that anyone who wanted to interview for a campus placement could register for it. Campus Placements provided average opportunities.
Infrastructure: There were a few chemicals that were kept on the table. We had to roam the whole lab for other required chemicals. If the lab was proper, then students could learn something, but there weren't any basic chemicals some days.
Faculty: Our college designs its own courses, which are partly different from Gujarat University. Faculty members were not good. Their behaviour was not good.

Not satisfied with few faculty members in my department and no good placement in my department.
Placements: In Chemistry department no one can be placed. No one get atleast average package. Zydus, cadila, lupin, tcs, mrf, Infosys 10% students get internship Production manager in pharma and chemical companies and R&D officers in chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
Infrastructure: There are old but nice infrastructure and also have all the facilities. There is small canteen and also separated means and girls hostel, means hostel is in the college and girls hostel is outside of the college and there are old benches and classroom.
Faculty: Honestly there are strictly rules for attendance atleast 75% attendance for eligible for exam. And in my department not all but few faculty are very bad they don't understand students situation and not give good marks in their papers. So students are suffered from there faculty.

College teachers are positive attitude infrastructure is super and placements is just average.
Placements: The lowest package is 3 to 4 lacs and the highest is 5 to 6 lac. Some students got internship from sansico management private ltd. also internship from skg services. Roll is average in course also average in company. You know some companies good or some is quit normal.
Infrastructure: All facilities available in college. They have swimming pool I love swimming pool I enjoy very much. Infrastructure is very good. Also have music room. Sometimes me and my friends try to sing songs in music room. Library is also good. Also they have stadium for sports games I enjoy it.
Faculty: Teachers are the very well behaved to everyone. They have positive mind and smile on face. Their lecture are clearly audible. They also confidently speak and helpful mind always. The course curriculum is relevant students are industry-ready.

Compared to other colleges, this is worthy for education.
Placements: Placements were given accordingly to the average scoring from all the 3 years. Hardly 5% students were recruited. Pay starts from 8k per annum to 12k. Pharma, research companies etc. But xaviers was the only college in this particular B.Sc. field that competition point of view companies first priority was from these college and companies started taking students from last 3-4 years only. Not a single boy or girl from our senior batches were given chance. Also, our IC cop subject still not got a certificate for the completion.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is still the old classic way as old interiors also the same as the old fans are kept for the show case as kept in the museum. The best the is the quality of the food in the canteen but same as the old building. Grounds are not well maintained.
Faculty: Teachers depending on the nature are helpful most of all the faculty are helpful for your research work and on going graduation work. Laboratory should to be modified as per the latest technologies and the worst thing there are no stool {chair} for the students to sit in the lab for three hours of it.
Other: Events and crowds is at its best.
