All are good in which you are interested.But I think agricultural engineering is best. It will have the most scope in future.

There is no medical conditions specified for doing Aeronautical Engineering in universities . However, if you want to join Indian Air Force after AE then you will be required to meet IAF medical standards & norms.

Aircraft maintenance engineers or aircraft mechanics readily find jobs in aircraft manufacturing or maintenance firms as well as airports. Students of AME course can also appear and qualify as AMAeSI (Associate Membership of Aeronautical Society of India), which is considered equivalent to B.E. or B.Tech programme in Aeronautical Engineering by Government of India. Mechanical Engineering and Aeronautical Engineering are very closely related.
That said, you must be aware that there are not many engineering colleges in India with amazing facilities, labs and research centers for aeronautical engineering.
So, if you get admitted to a college which offers state of the are aeronautical engineering facilities, you must go for it. Aeronautical Engineering has a wonderful future and scope. Most IITs which offer aeronautical engineering have average facilities. On the other hand, Mechanical engineering departments are highly developed and equipped with advanced machinery. All the branches of engineering are equally good and have tremendous job opportunities. It entirely depends on how well you understand and handle the stream and increase your scope of growth. To decide on the course, you should analyse your strengths, career goals, interests, personality, aptitude and ability. If you decide based on these parameters you will put in your best effort and will be successful in your chosen field. Always remember, you should pursue a stream/course based on two things :
-your career goal
-the type of job you want to do
