You can become a pilot both a Commercial Pilot in civil aviation and flying pilot in Indian Air Force after B.Tech aeronautical engineering as you meet minimum educational qualification eligibility.

Sorry, you are not eligible for pilot training as for being a pilot, one should be 12th grade pass with minimum 50% marks in Physics and maths as maths and physics are the most important.
AME is only useful for you as a extra education but for being a pilot you need 12th with physics ma

Both the courses are valuable. MS is more research oriented and ME is little bit more job oriented.
